We replaced 3 rooms and a high-traffic hallway with LVT, and I couldn't be happier with the product as well as the installation process. Milton and his assistant hit our property at 8:40 and except for one 20 minute lunch break, did not stop until 7:00 PM. They were courteous and respectful of our home and us! I couldn't be happier with my new flooring and how easily this project came together.

Jennifer was the representative who came to my home and showed me samples. I found her pleasant and knowledge. Because of covid, I decided not to do my usual 3 estimates. Plus I felt comfortable with her. Her team did a great job installing the flooring. They were on time, neat and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Salesperson was knowledgeable and the installers were craftsman.

I was very satisfied with Michael Chase and his team. They installed a superior vinyl flooring in my condo for a very reasonable price and excellent installation. They did the job in a professional manner and responded to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. They also installed carpeting on the stairs and closet and were creative in ways to help me save money. I would definitely use them again and highly recommended this company.

Carpet installation was excellent. They arrived on time and worked efficiently, including replacing the furniture, and vacuumed before leaving. Customer service however, was not what I expected. Jennifer came with carpet samples and helped us decide on the carpet we chose, but the written estimate was illegible. We decided to hire them and made a deposit. I had not heard from her about an appointment for installation, so I called her the following week to check if the ordered carpet had arrived. She had not yet sent me a purchase invoice nor could she give me a date for install. I began to feel as if I was not getting much information, so I emailed someone else from the office. It was then that Jennifer responded and after my insistence set up installation. I still had not received an invoice and texted her twice before receiving it. I requested a copy of the warranty she had discussed with us during our initial appointment, but have not gotten anything about how to care for the carpet we purchased. I was not pleased with the communication from this company.

From the minute Doug Brown came to my home, everything was professional and expedient. I couldn t be happier with this job, I would hire them again in a minute.
