They bring the carpet samples right to your home! It's the best way to shop for carpetting, easy to make sure it will go with the rest of your home decor, wall colors, furniture, etc.

It's hard for me to get contractors to come out to do the small jobs I need done. Bill is a very nice professional man who treated me as if I were having a million dollar project done. I appreciate that and I'm sure to call him next time I need flooring. The installers were on time and great guys too.

Came out did my kitchen, foyer and laundry room. Very professional. The subcontractor who was a Spanish guy named Milton was fantastic.

The crew sent was very professional cleaned up all the old floor and install the new floors and answered all the questions .

The service was great and the floors look super! There were several times they were careless, but fixed any issues.

My biggest disappointment was that the sales rep that I originally met with and placed my order with on 3/3 lead me to believe this would just take a couple weeks. (It was just a runner for stairs and upstairs hallway.) After hearing nothing for 2 weeks I called him. He seemed surprised it had been 2 weeks already. He got back to me later that day saying the carpet was not in stock but was in production and he wouldn't get it till 3/26. He arranged to come out to sketch/measure 3/23 to expedite and hopefully 4/5 or 6 to install. No calls... On 4/5 I called him to inquire. No return call so I called main # & I was told it just went to binder that a.m. and e'd get it back in a few days and install could be as soon as Sat. I didn't hold my breath. It seemed like my order/info. was getting buried on this guys desk or something??? So when he called a week later on 4/12 and said they could install 1st thing on 4/13 I almost fell over. A bit of a mixup with installers going to wrong appt. and getting to me at 4p.m. instead of 9a.m. but at this point it was sort of par for the course. Installers did a great job, worked late and were very apologetic about the mixup in timing. So my biggest concern with this place would be the lack of follow-up and delays. I felt as though things weren't moving forward unless I called to ask. I think I would have giving higher marks if I had gotten more proactive calls stating there was a change in timing or a delay or if I was given a more accurate time frame initially.

You get a good price and they stand by their work. They did send over a sub-contractor to do the major of my install and he made quite a few errors. They then sent over their main crew to finish the job and it was done excellently. They also had to come back twice to make some adjustment to what the subcontractor did, but they were very willing and it was easy to get it done. The customer service is very response and excellent.

The product is great; however, the customer service is atrocious. Product not delivered on time. They could care less by the way of what it caused with respect to my family and other jobs being delayed! First install was a joke, white painted 1/4 round on a wood grain cherry surface, very incompetent. The second day the crew was awesome. Not worth the aggravation for $8700 worth of business. I had a huge job at the company I work for and they were initially a consideration but I soon withdrew my recommendation, thank goodness! Just not worth the hassle. Trust me, stay clear of this and save yourself aggravation.

Floor Coverings Int'l was an excellent company to work with. The rep I dealt with was incredibly professional, responsive, and helpful in every aspect. Our project was delayed on our end due to a total redo of our home, but our rep kept in touch via email periodically and re-engaged seamlessly when we were finally ready for our carpet install. The only reason I took 1/2 a star off my rating was that the installers forgot the stair runner section that I'd ordered and even though they had extra carpet they didn't have the machine to finish the edges, so they had to schedule a 2nd visit for that.

Excellent company to work with, no pushy sales people, and plenty of product to choose from and prices are just as good, if not better than other flooring companies! The entire experience was excellent, from planning to install. Installers are top-notch, clean, and thorough and fast. Would absolutely recommend Floor Coverings Int'l and I personally would hire them again!
