Floor Coverings International Cherry Hill

We contacted Floor Coverings International of Cherry Hill when we bought our house. We needed new carpets in two bedrroms, a home office and family room. We got pired up with our customer service contact was named AJ, when we called. He was absolutely great! He made time in his schedule to meet us when we could (early mornings, evenings and Saturday). This was particularly important since we were still living in our old home, and could only meet on Saturday at our new house in Cherry Hill. He really listened to what we wanted and made recomendations based on our requests. But, he was not pushy and did not try to sell us on any upgrades, just exactly what he thought was best for us. He also got us a very reasonable price on all four rooms. Really great guy! The installers were equally good. Everything turned out very nicely and they were very respectful when they were here to do the work. Really a great place to get carpeting. I will recomend to family and friends.

Everybody from Jen in sales department to the install crew, everyone was very professional and very friendly. Excellent selection and service. The install crew was most courteous and neat. I would Highly recommend them. I plan to use them again on my next flooring project.

They called right away AJ came out the same day. One week later carpet was installed. They cleaned up when done. Job well done.

Everyone we dealt with were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our selections in flooring and carpet were made with the help of Jonathan. We have received many compliments and I make sure to tell friends/family about Floor Coverings International.

Jennifer came to our home and gave us some good choices of carpets to install in our new family room. She was prompt and very easy to work with. We had several estimates and felt comfortable going with FCI. I asked if Jen could stop by our home a second time so we were sure of what we wanted and she did without delay! The three man crew were here on time for the job and worked quickly and efficiently and I am thrilled with our new carpet! They cleaned up and were very personable. I would absolutly recommend FCI to my freinds and family. As a matter of fact, I will be bringing them back for future projects!

Great flooring and prices! Did research other carpeting but found none that compared to the quality they offered. Contractors that installed were wonderful. They made sure everything was done right and worked hard to complete the job. They also took the time to explin about the flooring and when asked gave me tips on floor care. Wonderful experience from start to finish!

I needed carpet for one small and two medium rooms in my home. Customer service was great. Jonathan came to our home and provided us with quality samples to choose from. The three carpet installers arrived on the date promised and right on time. They began right away and did an excellent installation job. I have already referred them to a co-worker and will be using them again to do laminate or hardwood installation in other rooms in my home.
