On the first visit, the chimney was inspected, what needed to be done was explained in detail and proposal written without any pressure for the business. On the day of the job, they arrived on time, worked diligently and cleaned up. I would highly recommend them to others and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

We needed our chimney cleaned in a hurry due to the length between cleanings and Kelly made an opening for us in their extremely busy schedule the very next day. We'll be using them going forward as they were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable beyond other companies we contacted. Value for the money is also VERY good!

Out of the first three recommended.two didn't even call back and one called but never showed up. .Once I connected with Doug he was very quick to come look and give what i considered a very competitive price. He inspected the whole house and had a couple of other small repairs that I didn't see . You can't even tell there was a repair which inlcluded cracked mortar and a few cracked bricks. Even 20 years after the house was built the color match on the mortar was perfect. I don't think you could find anyone whose work was excellent, service was great and prices very reasonable.

Doug is an amazing man. His quality of work and knowledge of fireplaces was excellent, explaining every step and answering all questions. Best thing he did not take advantage of us and told us exactly what was needed for fireplace chimney and that it was not needed now but in future repairs would need to be made.

Very professional and timely services. They quickly completed our chimney cleaning and then gave us an estimate for additional work on the chimney roof. They came back the next day to complete this work and also repaired some other brick work that was beyond the estimate scope without chargin us extra.
