No one should have to go through what our family did last week, but if the worst occurs thank heaven for these folk at North East Power Dry. The initial response by Ron the rep and estimator was almost instantaneous -- he assessed the extent of the spill, dispatched the proper team and started the claim resolution process with our home owners insurance.
The crew was professional, efficient, and completely thorough, working seamlessly with our plumbing contractor. Every person we spoke to was courteous and well-used to dealing with customers "at their worst" who would rather they did not need to become customers!
The home was left immaculate, and downtime [i.e hotel time] was kept to a minimum.
This is one of the most professional businesses I've ever worked with, and really deserve a shout out.
"Dear [member name removed], Thank you for your kind words and for opportunity to help you out in your unfortunate situation. We always strive to provide our customers with the utmost care and support as possible. It was our pleasure serving you! Should you ever need us again, please call us anytime. Northeast Power Dry Team"
At one point, they said they could not find it but the owner offered to pay me for it. It was my mistake, and they were willing to pay for it. They definitely went the extra mile.
