Lowe's - Brick Township

I would like to start off with my experience with Judy in blinds . The most professional individual that I have ever purchased anything from , a doll to help us make a decision and the patience of a saint , so she gets 5 STARS . Unfortunately the general manager Jason is a complete joke !!! We had some issues with the blinds that I ordered in November of 2020 , which are still not corrected , with numerous phone calls and emails over the 5 different times the installers came to install the new “ corrected blinds “ that are still not fixed , he doesn’t respond to emails and phone calls are only after weeks of leaving messages . I run a multi million dollar company and the only place I would let Jason work , is where he would NEVER have to deal with any customers!! He has no personal skills whatsoever and definitely is not manager material !! I should of listened to my wife and went to Home Depot , but Judy was so great that we gave it a try . I’m sorry I did !!! Stay away from this store unless you are buying something that doesn’t have to be ordered , because if something is wrong you will have to deal with what Lowe’s calls a “ store manager “ !! Sorry Judy for you having to deal with Jason !!!!

It was an excellent experience and I am really satisfied with their work. A person named Phil came to install the door. He was a really personable guy and he did a wonderful job. I could not be more satisfied.

I liked their pricing, service, and knowledgeable of the items. They delivered the door according to my schedule which I liked. The salesman was very nice. He knows what he is doing and selling.

Over the last year I must have gotten screws, small things, a snow shovel, nuts and bolts. Most of the things I have I have filled in. If it needs to be fixed you go there to get whatever you need. I got a light, the living room standing light with a reading light. I also got a stove and checked out prices for other things. They've been helpful. When something broke on the stove I was disappointed but they came out and fixed it. The dishwasher runs great but it's what you are buying not where you are buying it from usually, but they had a decent price for it. They have choices there and that is what you are looking for. You want to compare what they are offering. It is the manufacturers that make the difference I think. They still have the brands you need, your comparisons, they availability of things. Yeah, I would say I would continue to use them in the future.

They were excellent, I always use them and always will.
