I requested a quote yesterday. I will edit the review once I receive a quote and the work is done.

Mike and his crew responded immediately on the evening I requested service, and had the job planned out by 8am the very next day. After finishing an already scheduled job, they started replacement by 12:15pm and I had hot water by 2! Fantastic response time, professional innstallation and I can highly recommend them!

They came on time and did a great job. It is the second time I used their services and as before I am very happy . The only issue was that the price that was negotiated over the phone was different from what was actually charged. However, I was charged an OK price and I am very satisfied with the quality of the job.

Very happy. Played phone tag with Mike to set up time and settled on a date and time and than I had to cancel a couple days prior. It was no issue and we got a good date. Guys got stuck on another job. They called and explained and got here when promised they would. They came in and were clean and knocked it out very kick. Very happy!

Mike the owner replied promptly to my email, and set up an appointment for the next day. His guys showed up on time, (early) and got the job done. They were professional and courteous and explain the problem. Price was very reasonable. When I called for something else, the owner stopped by to diagnose the issue and then we set up an appointment for later that week.

Responsive, called me back within a day. Workers came on time and were very polite and professional (even removed shoes before coming in on a snowy day). Reviewed the situation and discussed price before starting. Very happy with the work and service.

My wife got in touch with Mike from Navesink Heating and Plumbing, who agreed to come over immediately with a replacement. It all happened very quickly—fast forward 3 hours, and we had a brand new hot water heater professionally installed and working like a charm. Mike took the old, evil, busted and rusted hot water heater with him. Best part was that Mike filed the permit for us and happily informed us that we were eligible for a $400 rebate. All told, this could have been a disaster, but Mike took care of us professionally and near instantly. Mike’s responsiveness, reliability, and quality of work is amazing, and we’ll definitely be calling him again for any other plumbing work we need. These guys really know what they’re doing, and I’m happy we found them!

It went great, minus the fact that it was a hard part to find (which is no fault of theirs), they were quick, professional and amazingly cost effective. We just moved to the area and with an older home I am glad we found a plumber out of the gate that we can trust.

The guys came on time. They replaced the hose valve in 15 mins. Everything was clean and the new valve looks great. I am very happy with the work they performed.

They did an amazing job. Very fast, friendly, energetic service. They came in the day I called after hours because it was leaking. They were able to remove all of the unsightly maze of hoses I had under the sink. Now everything looks organized, clean and nothing is leaking. I am very happy with the work performed.

The source of the leak was quickly determined and repaired. The individuals performing the work were very knowledgeable and competent.

I am thrilled to say that after replacing the showerhead and caulking the faucet, the leak has stopped completely! We were about to give up on ever finding the leak and we are so grateful to Navesink Plumbing and Joe and Will for figuring it out.

This was our second time working with Navesink Plumbing & Heating LLC. Mike was nothing short of fantastic both times. Initially we asked him to repair a leaky shower faucet. We had shut off our main water so it wouldn't leak while we were gone for a few days. We returned the day Mike was scheduled, but when I went to turn the water back on the valve broke. Thankfully, Mike arrived early and was able to replace the main valve same day. Even though it was a Saturday and he had only an hours notice, he was able to get our main water shut off from the street and replaced our valves. Mike was fast, professional, and left our basement clean. His service was affordable and better than I could have hoped. He's got a lifelong customer.

Problem solved but required a second costly job

I contacted them Sunday night and they were here Monday morning at eight o'clock. Worker's were very nice and cleaned-up, no mess whatsoever.

Had an appt. to meet between 1pm and 3pm they never called to reschedule and never showed up.

It was a quick. I called in the morning and they were here around lunch time and fix it in around 20 minutes. The two guys were very polite. Will definitely use them again for future plumbing issues.
