These guys are great! They installed a furnace for me that worked with my budget and time constraints, and they did an excellent job. Did not cut any corners and kept me in the loop with what was going on. I'm very happy with the job they did.

We were impressed with CRS from the get-go, i.e. from the initial phone contact to the scheduled appointment and the actual completion of the job. Cody arrived at the appointed time to discuss our interest in installing 3 ductless mini-splits. He seemed very knowlegeable as he patiently addressed all of our questions. He also pointed out a few things that no one else had mentioned about the installation & location of the outside condenser. Since we were hoping to get the 3 heads installed before our company arrived later that month, Cody & Bob were there the next week on a Saturday to install them. They put in a long day that Saturday, made every effort to protect any furniture in the area where they were working, and they cleaned up well inside & outside when they were finished. After the electrician completed his part, Cody came back to finish the job by checking for leaks and doing the final testing. He wanted to make sure we understood how the system worked for cooling & heating before he would leave. The job was scheduled and completed in the timeframe that was stated. We were not only happy with the work, but also with both Cody's and Bob's overall professional and courteous demeanor!

Cody came to do a preseason oil burner cleaning and maintenance. and was done to our full satisfaction. He was extremely professional in both appearance and knowledge. He was able to answer all our questions that previous burner tech's had misinformed us on issues that turned out where only upsells. We will definitely pass the word to friends and neighbors of our experience with CRS Heating & Cooling.

For 4 years we have been unable to get an HVAC specialist to come to our house to address an interior unit leak and those that did come prior could not figure it out. Frustrated, I reached out to Home Advisor and the next day CRS was at our home. They reviewed the situation, contacted the manufacturer and found that an original part had been discarded in installation which was likely causing the leak. A couple days after their first visit - our only first floor a/c was working beautifully (after its installation 6 years ago!). CRS was quick to address, innovative in approach, went the extra mile, professional, and reasonably priced. We couldn't be happier that CRS was able to help us with this longstanding problem.

Our house was on the market and an open house was scheduled in 5 days. We needed to replace the furnace before the open house. They got it done by working 2 evenings. Friendly and respectful at a great price. I highly recommend them.

CRS responded to my request immediately. Was willing to come out to my home at 8:30 in the evening to repair my AC. Asked the right questions before coming so he had the correct parts when he arrived. Took about 15 minutes for the repair and I was up and running again. Was very honest and the pricing was fair. I would highly recommend them.

They were great - they showed up the same day I called. They were very responsive, polite and gave great customer service. Answered all my questions and gave me the information I needed. I will definitely use them in the future

I would strongly recommend them. They were fast to respond and quick to find the problem. It was early evening and even know they didn t stock the part he went out of his way to get the part and come back first thing in the morning to install it. The price was very fair and they were very professional.
