Description of Work: They replaced a hot water heater. They returned my call immediately and the work was done within a day. the guys that came out were really nice and very informative. And as as a bonus they also fixed the latch on my front door! They said they did it "because that's the kind of company we are!" so impressed and would use them again in a minute!

+ -1 moreI don't know a lot about boilers, but these guys explained everything, every step of the way, and replaced a variety of parts that were not functioning. There were several valves and plumbing items that were not working, and they made efforts to clean out or repair them where possible to save buying a new part. It turned out that after getting the boiler up and running and they left, there was still insufficient heat. It turned out the pipes had some ice in them, and and they sent for a machine that thawed the blockage within a half hour and got the whole house running great. The price was a little bit up there, but I definitely got what I paid for. I was really pleased with the service, and will continue to renew my service contract.
Description of Work: We just purchased a new home in January, with an older NG boiler system that needed some work. I don't know allot about boilers, but these guys explained everything, every step of the way, and replaced a variety of parts that were not functioning. The men I worked with were pleasant, and happy to talk about how things worked, and always asked for approval before proceeding to replace any parts or do any work. They also have a great annual service contract that includes a yearly cleaning, and discounts on parts and overtime work.
