R&D was great. They called right away after I submitted a request and were able to come the next day. Rick was professional, did the work efficienctly, and unlike some other companies, did not try to suggest I needed more work than was necessary.

He was prompt, professional, knowlegable and reasonable.

Perfect job done. More than satisfied.

Because the manufacturer of my broken window is now out of business, R & D Glass had a little trouble obtaining the replacement part, but they were eventually able to do so. Then, replacing the broken part turned out to be difficult because of the odd design of the window. But the R & D repairmen patiently worked through these problems (it took them 3 hours) and were able to complete the work very satisfactorily. We are very pleased with the work that they did and can definitely recommend this company to others.
