They did a great job, friendly and everything works great!

From my first phone call to Wally's they were very concerned for my warmth and they would send someone right over with space heaters.(unusually cold temperatures) They were able to get a new boiler in the next day. They were $1,000 cheaper and much more personable. Everyone I came in contact with either by phone or in person I was treated like family. Very caring and professional staff. I highly recommend Wally's.

From the first visit to estimate the project, to the final visit to wrap up any questions, issues or concerns, the Walley's team really delivered! Our request was for an oil furnace replacement. In addition, Walley's was able to add central A/C with some modifications to our existing return ducting. The work was completed, to our amazement, in a single day! Everyone, from the office team to the on-site crew, were very thorough and efficient. The email/phone communications back and forth was outstanding! We always had the comfort of knowing that if we had a question or concern, it would be delt with in a professional manner. In our past experience with hiring companies to work on our home, many times, we wouldn't even get a call back! Walley's went out of their way to satisfy our wishes and needs. We were very impressed with the overall experience with Walley's and we would highly recommend them to any of our friends who needed HVAC services!

Previously we had several HVAC technicians come to our house but none of them could figure out what to do to fix one of our small bedroom heating and cooling inefficency problem. After I called Wally's Heating & Air Conditioning, they sent technician Jon to my house immediately. Jon is a very nice and knowedgeble HAVC technician. He found out the root cause and provided solution to us quickly. His proposal made a lot sense to us. We moved forward with this company immediately. Other thing worth to mention is its customer service. This company is very customer oriented and professonal. They follow up with its customer step by step to keep you posted with the appointment and project progress. I will definitely use this company again when i have other HAVC related project.

Excellent! They helped stop my leaky hot water tank, setup a temp tank till the Rinnai team could do the install, worked with the Gas co. and got it all done! Well done. They also helped looked at my furnace when the gas company said it was having a timing issue.

Luckily, I had it done when I did because there was a clog and the furnace would not have worked if I just turned it on so it saved me an emergency call. I could not believe how clean they left the place!

They are just an excellent company to work with! We took a couple of months to decide, changed our mind a few times. It never seemed like it phased them. They all took great care of us. The price was right, they were punctual, professional and neat! We are thrilled with the results. Thank you to all of you at Wally's.I will use them whenever I need HVAC.

They were wonderful. Started off he gave me a date, he was there on that date. Before they came, they have a customer service team, they called saying they would be there tomorrow. They also called to let us know they were on their way. They showed up when they said they would show up. They had a good followup. They did what they said they were going to do. The crew was very nice, young guys, but very good. The first team was 4 people. They were very good. That's another thing, they cleaned up everything every day so you didn't have to stumble over anything. Definitely an "A" overall. They were actually the cheapest and had the longest warranty for parts and labor. The reason I called them in the first place was my neighbor had them do something and he was happy. Then the neighbor next to him had something done and he was happy. They were good to do business with.

We are so happy with the mechanical system and especially the service. They always call to confirm and came at the appointed time. Love the quality of the system and the workmanship of the install.

I recently had an Amana gas furnace, air conditioning condenser and evaporator coil installed by Walley’s Heating and Air Conditioning. I was extremely pleased with the process from the initial call for an estimate to the final installation. The company is obviously well organized and has a highly efficient process for walking the customer through the different steps in replacing major appliances. My thanks to Savanah from the service team and Adria from the project team for making the estimate/quote process customer friendly, for answering my countless questions about the specifications of the equipment, and a last minute decision to include a replacement air conditioning unit. I have nothing but the highest praise for Jim and Andy who installed the equipment in a single day. They were professional, efficient, explained everything they were doing, and answered my questions regarding the equipment in a way I could easily understand. The finished product looks beautiful and shows there is no doubt Jim and Andy know what they are doing and are proud of their work. If I had it all to do over again, I wouldn’t change a thing. I can highly recommend Walley’s HVAC as the one company people should go to for their heating and air conditioning needs!

I've experienced several different heating and cooling issues with my commercial HVAC unit over the years with no clear-cut resolution most of the time with the prior HVAC company. 90% of the calls resulted in just a system restart but nothing diagnosed or replaced to solve the problem, and I had to pay each time they came out. Since switching to Walley's, they've been able to trouble-shoot and repair/replace the components causing these same issues. I've been very happy with the staff scheduling the appointments, providing quotes and the technician who has been out. I understand these things can be pricey, but I feel like they're doing their best to keep the costs to a minimum and actually resolving the issues.

Walley's team was kind enough to help out, assess the work and gave a quote that met my expectations especially when you're already hurt by a contractor. Walley's service team especially Savanah was in constant touch with me during the project work to coordinate the minutest details around logistics and the work performed to ensure the work progressed as per my expectations. There were some gaps in the work due to unforeseen circumstances but eventually all the work was performed to my satisfaction. Highly recommend Walleys!!

The service technician was on time, professional, clearly very knowledgeable about air conditioners, worked clean, explained what he was doing as he went along, was friendly. This is the third time we've used Walley's for both air conditioner and furnace and we are highly satisfied with the service.

1st of all the office staff was fantastic from start to finish😃 The the installation team was fantastic and very professional. Do hesitate using this company . I personally have 40 yrs in the service business but due to illness contacted them so I know the difference between the best , the average and the bad and they are super 👍

Walley's team were professional and provided great communication between the staff and myself throughout the entire process, always calling to notify me when the personnel were on the way and to expect them as well as reminders for appointments. The estimates provided were very good, competitive and offered options for systems and additional upgrades. The two day installation was done professionally, on time and without complication or surprises. Thank you for a great job. Everything went as very well and I'm extremely pleased with the new system. They also offered the come out in the spring prior to start up of the new air conditioning system to provide a follow-on inspection and ensure the second system is 100% functional without issue as well. This was my first experience with Walleys and they will be my choice for service moving forward.

The reason I chose them is because they had received an excellent review and rating from Angie's list I have never written a review before but I felt it was necessary in this case because the work was done very professionally And the two technicians Alyssa and Dale arrived at my home one hour after I spoke to Savannah at Wallys everybody was extremely nice and I would highly recommend this service to anyone and they beat the closest competition by over $1000 amazing

It went very well! I was very pleased with the job. They were very professional, efficient and reasonably priced. There were no hidden costs and they actually went above and beyond with out charging me extra money to look at an issue I was having with my gas fireplace. If I have any other HVAC issues in the future I will only use Wally's!
