Mr. Duprey was very responsive, and was able to fit us in within a few days of our first contact although nothing we needed done was time sensitive. He was thorough when assessing our needs and was able to let us know what our options were. He provided LED fixtures for the closets when I got the wrong ones. He met with my husband and did a walk through to see what we wanted and then returned 2 days later to complete the work. He was very prompt and finished quickly. He worked cleanly and was very pleasant. We will definitely be using his services again.

My husband and I just bought a house and were having issues with our hot water heater and were not getting any electricity to our master bedroom. Gerry was extremely prompt with his response, and it was extremely helpful to us that he was able to come out on a Saturday, as most people cannot, and with my husband working retail and myself in the non-profit world, this is a tough time of year for us to schedule appointments. Gerry and I spoke about 5-6 times before meeting, to make sure that the timing would work for all of us. He came and was extremely prompt, and also very friendly. When he was working on the hot water heater, he walked me through everything he was doing, because at the time we thought we may need a plumber to come in and do additional work. Once that was done, he went to try and tackle our bedroom mystery, which we have scheduled another appointment with him to come out and take a look to get fixed. My husband and I loved his demeanor and professionalism, and we will definitely be using him in the future!

It went very well. He ended up staying a lot longer than I thought it would take. He wanted to insure I was satisified with his work and also he wanted to insure the accuracy of his work as well. I will definitely but using him for future projects.

Jerry was very prompt. He showed up right when he said he would. He went over every detail with me and answered all my questions. He was always easy to get in touch with. If he missed my call he returned it quickly. He's going to be coming back in a few weeks to install a bathroom vent fan for me. He'll definitely be my go-to electrician, and I completely recommend him.

Gerry always arrived when he said he would, bright and early. His prices were in the middle but we chose him for his willingness to problem solve getting 220 out to the sunroom, which had to run through an inaccessible 4ft wide crawlspace. He'd never prepped a room for a PTAC so he studied the spec sheet to ensure he was meeting the mfg's requirements, rather than just assume from secondhand information. Yes, that means he openly questioned what I said I needed, but he did it an a matter-of-fact way and not in a distrustful or condescending way. He talked us through our options for dealing with a filled push-o-matic breaker box and counseled us to do the least expensive choice. He seems to be very knowledgeable about current codes and technology and is very careful with his work. He is respectful when answering my multitude of questions, especially when faced with an obstacle to doing what I want accomplished.

Overall very happy with Gerry. His communications are great. He calls, and provides updates, and was quick to help guide me into what I needed to do for a portable Generator. Everything he has done to date has been perfect. Highly recommend.
