WE INTERVIEWED OTHERS AND SOME DIDN'T SHOW UP AND NEVER CALLED BACK BUT STEVE WAS ON THE BALL ON TIME AND FINISHED INSTALLING CARPETS BEFORE EXPEXTED DATE. HIS INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COMPLETED THE CARPETS QUICKLY AND PRECISELY. STEPHEN EVEN CHIPPED IN TO PICK UP OLD RUGS AND HELPED MOVING FURNIYURE BACK IN. MINUTEMAN DID A GREAT JOB.

Steve and his crew clearly take great pride in doing first-rate work. The project included carpeting my 2-story condo and stairs and tiling my kitchen and 1 1/2 baths. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns and I felt very well cared for. I felt like I was their most important client. They did an impeccable job with great efficiency.

Steve was extremely knowledgeable and huge help in picking out the right carpet style and color. He answered all our questions and was able to schedule us for the install that same week. I can t say enough about installers. There were three of them and to the man, professional, engaging, fast, efficient, moved all our furniture out and put it all back. They left my house in immaculate condition. Steve should be extremely proud of this crew. I would not hesitate to hire Minuteman again and I would without a doubt request this same crew.
