I called the owner Steve and he immediately called me back. He was able to schedule a time for an estimate within a couple of days. Steve brought numerous samples for carpeting and vinyl flooring when he came out. He made all the measurements that day and gave me the estimate. I was pleased with the pricing so Steve set up the installation for the following week. The 3 installers were professional. They tore up all the old carpeting for family room, living room, stairway, hallway and one bedroom and replaced with new carpeting. They also tore up the old flagstone in front of fireplace and replaced it with fire proof vinyl flooring. They took all the old flooring with them after completing the job. They were able to complete all the work in one day. Steve came by after the job was completed and checked that the work was done to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Minuteman Floors.

Steve and his crew were professional and returned my call for a carpet installation inquiry in less than 24 hours. He was also able to stop by, measure, and show samples within that same 24-hour period! I called on Friday night, he returned the call THAT Saturday morning, stopped in on THAT Saturday afternoon to measure and show samples. I selected the carpet and he provided me a follow-up date of Monday and an installation date of the Friday after Thanksgiving. Two days later (Monday as promised) he called and said " I not only have your selection in stock but I can have it installed tomorrow instead of Saturday. The crew was hardworking, quick, and professional. They came in on Tuesday, installed the carpet within two hours, and was out of there! I am so pleased with the carpet and the service.

Davison and his crew from Minuteman were FANTASTIC! They did 6 rooms in one day and made sure to allow me to continue to work from home. The quality and the workmanship is top notch and I am so glad a friend recommended them to me. My house has been totally transformed by this wonderful company. I can't thank Stephen enough for his quick turnaround time also! They had me from meeting to install in less than a week!

Steve was on time, honest, and personable. We had a carpet installed in our family room. Carpet and padding are good quality. Price was very reasonable. Installation team was very professional and it was clear that they cared about the quality of their work. The seams are virtually invisible. They gave me some options as to where the seam would go, but it really didnâ t matter after I saw their work.

The company was professional and timely. Steve, the owner, was understanding of my wishes. He never tried to hard sell, let me figure out what I wanted. He told me all the professional aspects I needed to know about putting in the floor and what I should expect during this remodel. We hired Minuteman Floors to install carpet in our home. They installed it, but there were 2 8-foot seams at room borders that were too wide, and a corner of carpet was cut too short. The installers did not protect our hardwood flooring and scratched an area in the hall, which they denied. They said they would contact their installer ASAP to fix the carpet. We contacted them via email at least 10 times over 4 weeks about it, they replied that the installer was too busy. Also, before the carpet was installed, we contracted with them to install a bathroom vinyl floor. Their vinyl installer had quit, so they promised to return our deposit 2 weeks ago, still no check received. We are hiring a lawyer to resolve our issues. with them. Their customer service after the sale is poor.

I would like to retract a previous review, Minuteman flooring actually did a great job on the carpeting and hardwood refinishing . Steve is definitely a man of his word. Rest assured he will do a great job for you.

Steve provided excellent technical and background info on the various types of carpeting to facilitate me in making my decision on which type to have installed. Glen, the installation tech did an exceptional job of removing the old carpet and pad, installing the new carpet in a very short time - edges tucked in well all around, corners tight, no ripples, no pulls - an excellent job. All waste materials and debris was removed and the room was ready to use right away.
