Jim was extremely responsive each time i reached out. He was prompt on the estimate day and the installation day. Everything was explained well. The work was done promptly and the crew cleaned up thoroughly. Easy process, start to finish. I always get 3 bids and evaluate on responsiveness, price and quality of information (as well as personality, i suppose). Peck was inline price wise, and far exceeded the other companies in responsiveness ans service.

Jim was very prompt, he got back to me quickly, showed up for the estimate when he said he would. He took his measurements and gave me an estimate which I thought was a fair price. We scheduled and he came right when he said he would. He was done in one day, I came home from work to installed gutters without any damage, trash, loose tools, etc.... I'd recommend him for sure.

They did a good job but there was some miscommunication and confusion that occurred that required more work from me.

We had used Jim Peck to install gutters on our prior house almost 15 years before, and I would not have called anyone else to do this job for me. Our gutters there had held up perfectly through 15 brutal NH winters! We just moved into an older home that had a missing run of gutter; Jim's guys came out and got us all fixed up at what I consider to be a fair price. They made one little mistake, and when we called Jim, he was out in a flash to fix it. Great service and great product.

Beautiful gutters! Color matched to the barn's red stain. Jim is the man! He knows his business and is very fair, honest, and trustworthy. He communicated with me on when my job would be in the schedule, and did a super job in one morning. His crew showed up on time, worked efficiently and cleaned up after the job was completed. Found Jim on Angie's list and called him on Saturday morning, May 9, 2015. Jim called me back within two hours, came to my house the next day, Sunday, on (Mother's Day), to give me an estimate for the gutter work. WOW!!! I own one side of a duplex and my neighbor was present as well, because he wanted to get gutters as well. Jim gave us a good price and we agreed to have him do the work. He said, "How about Tuesday morning" ... I said, as in two days from now, yup. His men arrived promptly at 8:30 am and had the entire job done by 1pm. Everything looks great and the were tidy and cleaned up after the job was complete. They even went the extra mile and did some additional chalking on some existing gutters that were leaking a little, and put some extra screws in some downspout extensions that were connected to my downspouts that did not have screws attached. I would highly recommend Jim's company, and would use again if I need someone for gutter work.

Jim and his helper did good, quick work and in some ways improved on the old installation.

Jim is a very honest and quality oriented man. His crew of about 4 men replaced my ice damaged gutter system without damaging anything and did it quickly. I would recommend Jim Peck to any friend or relative.

They said they would be at our house at 8 AM and arrived at 7:45 AM. Started and finished in 4 hours, cleaned up everything and it went perfect.

Great. Jimmy and his crew were prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. When we met for the quote and estimate, we went thru several options of how to reroute the downspouts to get the water away from the house the best way. They performed the repairs carefully and with attention to quality, even repainting the fascia boards before the new gutters were installed. I would definitely use them again.

Jim's crew arrived on time as scheduled one week after the estimate was given. They finished in one afternoon and did a great job, including cleaning up,after themselves.

Jim quickly scheduled us for our installation about a week out, arrived as scheduled and installed gutters and downspouts to my home and 16x14 shed. The shed was a spontanous decision and be amenably agreed to add it into the mix that day for a reasonable amount more. The job was done professionall, neatly and within 6 hours of starting. Jim and his crew were great to work with and I woudl highly recommend him to others to hire for their gutter installation.

Jim and his crew came out to my house to install gutters on the morning of the 3-25-15. He was right on time and he and his crew were very courteous when I met them all. Gutters are not the most glamorous thing to buy but to me these were well worth the money for what I got.. I have looked at other leaf guard systems and they all were way over priced for the other guys gimmicks that they sell. So don't be fooled by the other national company's out there! Jim sells a quality product for a reasonable price and does great work and the best part is he is local to NH. If your looking for gutters to be installed call Jim you will not go wrong. I am very pleased that I choose him to install the new gutters.
