On budget and schedule. It was a difficult job that I did not want to handle myself. They did a great job.

Mike and his crew did a great job with our flooring. There was one minor issue that he came back and fixed. They're very easy to work with, cleaned up the sanding mess well and the floors look great.

My warped floor is now flat with perfect finish. Mike is easy to reach via cell and answered all my questions.

From beginning to end, our experience with this company was a great one. They are highly skilled and professional. We will definitely hire them again.

I had a 250 sq ft pine floor in the living room. This is the main room you enter the house into. The floor was trashed with deep gouges, etc. They responded to our inquiry quickly, provided an instant quote and were there just when we needed them to be as other work was also being done. Their quote included three coats of polyurethane. The wood soaked up so much, it really needed a fourth which Mike happily came back and did. The transformation was incredible and the floor is gorgeous. In my opinion, following through and making sure the customer is satisfied is a true mark of professionalism. Prompt, friendly, very high quality work and customer satisfaction all at a fair price. What's not to like!!

They installed wood flooring on the 2nd floor landing. Replaced the carpet and installed wood flooring and 5 transitions into 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Great work and it looks perfect.

Work was done in the time frame that was quoted and for a fair price. We actually had an issue with the floors (our doing NOT theirs) and they came out on Sunday and fixed the area we had damaged moving furniture. Quality of the work was excellent. I would have not problem recommending them for any flooring work. Very happy customer.

My new favorite repairman! He came out quickly to the house after I had water lift up my hardwood floors from a hose coming out to the back of the washer, He came the next day with one of his employees and got the job done fast and for a fair price. I would highly recommend him. This is the first time I used HomeAdvisor and I am very happy and will use again. Hoping to have my floors refinished by him in the future as my budget permits.

Mike Ferrelli did a fabulous job on our 1400+ square foot entire first floor of hardwood floors. He transformed our house in five days and we couldn't be happier! I highly recommend Mike for his professionalism, timeliness and quality of work.

Mike is an experienced, knowledgable, and skilled craftsman who takes a lot of pride in his work and delivers great results and value. When we learned that he knows much more than flooring, we also hired him to build a tile shower in our master bath. It's more beautiful than we expected. He worked the necessary hours and days to meet our tight deadlines. We really enjoyed working with Mike.

We contacted Mike about refinishing the floors in our nearly 100-year old house. He responded within hours and dropped by to look at the job. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in advising us so that we were able to make a more informed decision on the direction to go. We agreed on a few possible options and Mike got back to us with pricing when he said he would. Mike installed a new floor in one room, refinished the floor in another, and refinished the stairs. Mike is a great communicator, explains exactly what the process will be and we really enjoyed having him around. He also came back and installed a bow window for us, and we cannot be more thrilled with the work. Mike is professional and takes great pride in his work and I highly recommend him.

I reluctantly used Home Advisor to find Mike. He responded quickly and we met to discuss the project (renovating a Portsmouth downtown kitchen and bath). To make a long story short he did a great job on time and on budget. As a consequence we had him refinish our entire store antique floors. Beautiful work. I am a big fan of Mike and will be glad to personally recommend him.
