Description of Work: Replaced a smart valve on the furnace. Diagnosed the problem. Knew what needed to be done. Did it. A little delay on follow-up since the part needed to be ordered and they didn't set up an installation time when they received the part.

Description of Work: I purchased the one year energy savings deal which includes one visit to clean and inspect furnace in the fall and one visit back in the spring for the A/C. Phil was very friendly and professional and explained in detail some duct work and ventilation issues we have. I am currently waiting for a bid from him to fix these issues. I will contact him again for future services.

Description of Work: We had a whole new a/c unit installed. .had a new damper installed and all vents checked. |We dealt with the owner all the time.. he came to our home fornour initial meeting, tye contract confirmation as well as the morning the job started. |His team was prompt, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and did a little extra work as a courtesy! |They were not our lowest bid but we felt that the quality of customer service was well worth it. And we haven't regretted our decision for one moment!
