Arrived when they said they would, courtesy and professional. At the end of the installation ask my if I had any questions and show me the water heater and the controls.

They did a great job in and out in less than 2 hours.

Called a scheduled appointment with us within 10 min. of our original contact with Home Advisor. Had our hot water tank replaced by them within 2-3 days. They were on time and courteous. Explained the small additional charge to me before work was completed and o.k.'d by me. Total charges were very reasonable and they left the area they worked in in better condition than it was in when they arrived. I was extremely satisfied with their services and products.

Plumbing Specialists came out the same day I contacted them to give me an estimate on installing a gas line from the basement to the kitchen for a gas stove. They gave a very fair estimate and we scheduled an install date. The workers were professional and polite and did excellent work. Highly recommend.

These guys worked fast and were very accommodating with our setup to install a NG connection for our grill. The price in the end was a higher than originally expected.

The only minor issue was they did arrived on time but with a full crew including a new water heater, when I only had requested an estimate. After apologizes were made for the confusion, I was given a very fair offer for installation and then experienced a very positive and pleasant experience. It all worked out and I would certainly recommend this company to others.

We highly recommend this company and Jake in particular. We were impressed from the very beginning with awesome customer service and reasonable prices. We had them add a water softener and replace out tank hot water heater with a tankless version. While they were here we also had them replace the outside faucets. We really appreciated their promptNess and great communication.
