Description of Work: Drain blocked again. No charge.

Description of Work: Last night during the soaker rain, my sump pump alarm sounded. I went down and noticed the pit was filled with water and I could tell the pump was trying to run but the pipe was broke. Having just gotten new carpet installed the day before, I quickly called to see if they could come out. Keep in mind, this was 10:30PM. They called back to say that someone would be coming out. Tom did a repair that would enable the pump to work throughout the night if needed. We discussed options of replacing the pump as it was 11 years old and really not installed properly and the pit was not cemented at the bottom. He returned today at 5:00 and installed the new pump and even built up the pit with concrete blocks I had on hand until I could look into getting a permanent solution to the "bottomless pit" I feel 100% more comfortable now than I ever had when that old pump would need to run. Tom spent time doing the job right and explaining each step to me so I could understand the process. As a woman and a homeowner this is important to me to understand how things work!

Description of Work: Cleaned main sewer connecting line, pulled and reset basement toilet.

Description of Work: Steve came out and looked at our kitchen sink that was plugged. Went to his truck and retrived the equipment he needed and returned to the house. Less than an hour he had the drain working. He check for leaks and run my washer to make sure it did not leak. The bill would have been more but I had a 25.00 coupon. He did a great job and I would reccomend him to any one!
