Larry only performed half the Angie's list deal,He unclogged the drain but when I asked him if would put the camera down the pipe to make sure it was clear he told me they don't make cameras that small to fit residental pipes only commercial plumbing can get scoped out.That is a bold lie.I have seen it done on a Holmes Inspection on HGTV the plumber on his show scopes all the residental homes out with his camera.This is the only reason I purchased this is to scope out my drain afterwards.I feel Burton Plumbing owes its customers a $50.00 rebate towards another service or wave the$29.50 surcharge for dispatching.

I found a coupon for Burton in the phone book to clean any drain for $99. They added a fee on top of that for booking the appointment. The plumber arrived first thing in the morning, punctually, at the time I requested. He was very clean, professional, polite, and pleasant. He tried to get me to pay more to have a "guaranteed" unblocked drain. He wanted to see all the plumbing in the house, as a free "service," to see if he could get me to authorize more work. He tried to sell me an unbelievably high-priced drain cover. I finally broke down and bought unbelievably high-priced drain maintenance treatment just to get him to leave. If you just want someone to show up and fix your plumbing, better try someone else, or be prepared for a big, long sales pitch.

I like their price. They originally installed the system. We have had problems with them getting here on time. Once we even had to reschedule because they didn't get here before dark to work on the heat pump. We will use them again.

I woke up after my husband went out of town for a week to a sewer line backed up in the basement. I called and had our septic pumping company come and pump our septic, but that was not the problem. I called Burton and someone could be there the next morning. The plumber was very meticulous, discovered the problem, and gave me an estimate before any work was complete. He enrolled me into their monthly membership program, which saved me a percentage of money off the estimate. He had problems with one of the pieces in our 45 year old plumbing, and it broke, and he didn't even charge me for that. I have been very satisfied. As part of my monthly membership, I get annual plumbing, heating, and air conditioning inspections for free. When I call them for repairs, I always have an estimate in advance to approve before any work is done, which I appreciate very much.

I was very satisfied with what they did. The price was adequate for what we asked for. The new air conditioner seems to be working much better than the old air conditioner we had. The price is probably at the high side but I don't feel like I was ripped off.

The gentleman, Jason, has been here several times, and we are always impressed with his work as well as his friendly and professional demeanor. Each time he visits, he does the work as necessary and offers helpul money-saving advice. Ultimately, the company is very home owner-friendly, and I would highly recommend them.

I purchased a home with the intent of renovating some bathrooms and a kitchen. I called Burton to get a quote on the work. The first thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that they tried to charge me $50 for the estimate. When I told them I could find dozens of other plumbers that would give me an estimate for free, they waived the fee. Someone showed up at my house (late) and was walked through what we wanted to do in the bathrooms. Without being asked, the guy decided to inform us that our furnace, air conditioner and hot water heater needed to be replaced for a total of $30,000. Now, all of these pieces of equipment were older but were working just fine. After being astounded at Burton's estimate, I got numbers from two other plumbers. The actual work I wanted done was about half of what Burton quoted. They also agreed that "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" on the furnace, water heater and AC. I ended up spending about $6,000 on my bathrooms with Schulte Plumbing and am very happy.

Called after hours - 6:00 pm approx. Came out right away and found the leak. Needed to fix main water line shut-off. Gave us our options and then fixed the leak. I thought $400 was a little steep but what are you going to do. They do a great job though.

.They messed up our time, They said they would be here at a certain time and they were not. But they did make it right and went above and beyond to make it right. I don't believe they charged us that day. The quality of work seems fine.

When they were replacing the drain in the bathtub, it broke. They had to end up cutting two holes in my ceiling to get to the pipe, and they didn't patch them up. They left the two holes.

My wife called them in to look at our furnace. We were having some problems with it working correctly. Burton came in and looked at it. They told her that the heat exchanger had a crack in it. Witch had no problem with it actually turning on. They told her that it needed to be replaced at a cost of $3100. They gave her a bunch of bull that it was a danger to run it at all. Just gave her a bunch of scare tactics to get her to get the work done right there and then. She called me and told me what was going on and I told her to send him away. I would take care of it myself. I called in another furnace company and they looked at it and found a very small crack in the pipe. Nothing that big a deal to worry about. I asked them if it was anything that were in real danger to worry about and they said NO! But it did need to get fixed. It ended up that the wife and I decided to just replace the furnace as it was about 20 years old. The cost to replace the furnace and a new air conditioner was $3975. With Burton all I would have got was one part replaced. On the paperwork from Burton it says " Unit is operational " But when I tried it it still did not work. So they did nothing at all to fix the original problem called in for. I will never call them again for any kind of work. Will find a better company here on Angie's List.

They did a good job but they were way over priced. It was an okay experience.

Burton AC was on time and very professional. They explain very thoroughly what they have done and what needs to be done, I was very satisfied with their work.

It never got started and it was finished when we never heard back from Burtons regarding the replacement of our appliances.

I think they could have done a little better, but everything was fine. They were in and out. They know what they are doing. They did a good job. They arrived on time, and the installation was fast. I was very pleased. I think they could have cleaned up a little better, but I was more concerned about it being installed correctly.

They were clean and did their job. Everything went well. They were very respectful. They also notified me when they would be arriving for job.

I can say with certainty don't go to Burton Plumbing. He got the power box and the security alarm wet, the alarm went off, the police came, and I couldn't get it shut off. He also left a huge mess. I called the company to complain and the next day the guy drove by in his personal car and yelled "cow" at me. It was a horrible experience.

Burtons was really good. Their pricing system worked to my advantage but it may not always. They have a fixed rate for every service, like for a clogged drain like ours cost $100 regardless of if it is a quick and easy repair or a long complicated one. They were professional and very timely.

He showed up when told he would, did his work professionally, explained everything to me, and cleaned up after himself.

I was very disappointed with them. I had a clogged sewer line, which I tried unclogging myself, but failed. I then called them to do the same and they ended up charging me over $500 and left a supply line leaking which had to be hooked up back. I would never recommend them to anyone. It is like a franchise and every one operate as an individual franchise. I will never use them again in the future.

The quality was good. The guy that came out was very rude. He was rude so I was going to ask his supervisor if I could get the questions that I wanted answered. He advised me not to because he knew more than what his supervisor knew. If I had any questions I had to ask him and him only. I did manage to call the company afterwards and they made some adjustments on the bill. They apologized for the employee. They did do enough to make amends. As soon as the amends were taken care of, I dropped their service.

great job from start to finish. Had a lot of issue with the pipes. Replace them. Did a great job and look great. very professional. would recommend them for plumbing.

I would recommend them; they did the service and have been great to work with. I have a recurring business relationship with them and they have wound up being the only plumber I use. I will use them again in the future.

I would select Burton for future plumbing needs.

The second provider (NOT BURTON) costs - less than $200.00! That is a savings of $24,800.00!!!!
