Advantage Plumbing moved several water lines, installed a shower, installed a sink, moved a water softener as part of the addition of a bathroom in our basement refinish. The work was done quickly and professionally, and the end result looks fantastic! Mike Luty and his crew are professional, personable, and VERY skilled. They are now my go-to plumbers.

Aaron came and I showed him all the items I needed fixed. He started with the inside toilet and got the clog removed. He then spent time removing something black that had solidified in the bar sink so now the sink drains fine. He then fixed the outside hose bib that needed a new washer. The last item was the copper pipe in the attic which he fixed. It was a very busy 2 hours for the plumber but he got everything fixed that I needed fixed before I had my son's graduation party at our house that weekend. I was very happy with the service provided.

The representative was wonderful. He came in and looked at everything. As we went through the house he gave me a suggestion to save me money on a part. He was great at explaining what to do when I call Moen to get a part I need to fix my shower. He was so friendly and helpful. Absolutely loved him and the company. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Great. I called early in the a.m. and was told they could be there around 9:30 a.m. but that didn't work out for my husband - he was home that day. They called later and said it would be the afternoon, which was better for my husband. I wasn't home but my husband said the plumber was quick and got to work right away. We used them a couple of months ago for a problem with shower, and they did a great job that time. My first choice for plumbers now!!

Our appointment was scheduled for between 10:30 and 11 but we were called to see if it was okay to come over a little early. Early is always better than late in my opinion. Our sink and faucet was installed in about two hours and looks great. This is a very professional and easy to work with contractor that I will definately call on in the future.

I contacted Advantage Plumbing and, from initial phone conversation to the completed work the experience was extremely positive; my call was last minute but despite having a full schedule that day the owner scheduled me in and sent someone out sooner than estimated. I definitely recommend!!!!

First and foremost, the actual responsiveness and overall workmanship was excellent. My guy did a great job! The only thing I would guard against is thinking that you are actually getting a special. My guy took 3 hours to complete the task and I really felt like he was milking the last half hour. That may not appear to be a big deal, but the cost is $45.00 for every 30 minutes of work past the 2hr special. Plus, he left the old faucets for us to throw out, but conveniently didn't leave the copper behind that was taken out from under my sinks. I would also like to comment that the materials list on my receipt are not itemized?. I paid, $257.00 for materials and I would have to guess that that's a bit high considering I was providing the faucets. Not a big deal, but I wasn't born yesterday. In the end, would I use them again...?.sure, but I was also shop around first.

Excellent! Called for an appointment and they got me the next day even though I told them there was no hurry. Called before coming. Even took his shoes off!!!! Intelligent, funny, and fast worker. Highly recommend.

We called right away first thing when they opened in the morning as it had leaked during the night, they were friendly and nice on the phone. They came out the same day. They had to get a part and come back. They told us how to prepare the area to save time/money. They fixed the leak and replaced the plumbing under the sink as it was not sealed correctly. All for an excellent price! The plumber was so nice, explained everything, took his shoes off and was even nice to our neurotic dog. The best plumbing experience ever, we will definitely be using them again. The final price was substantially lower than the original estimate, which is so rare! They said if we had questions to call them as some things they can diagnose on the phone and tell us how to fix ourselves. I can't say enough nice things about this provider. They were nice to me and as a female it is not always easy to find service providers who deal well with women. He didn't talk down to me at all or treat me like I was stupid.

Mike came out and performed an estimate for me. We had to reschedule the appointment since there were a lot of freezing pipes and he was on several service calls that day, but we rescheduled quickly and he worked around my schedule since I took off early from work for the appointment. In the end, I went with another provider that had a bit more competitive pricing.

I had tried to get this shower installed with several other plumbers. Mike was the first one to come up with a workable plan and actually execute it. Of course, we had a complication, it is an older home. The hot water quit working after the install - some calcium deposits broke loose and clogged it up. Mike and his crew worked very hard for 2 days to get it fixed. Now the shower works and I'm very happy with it.

They arrived on time and replaced the outdoor faucet in about 30 minutes. They were very professional and courteous.

The service given was exceptional. The man who came to do the job was very friendly and efficient. He knew waht he was doing.

Ordered the Big Deal through Angie's List. The owner called me within 45 minutes, and he was able to have 2 plumbers out that afternoon. In fact, they called 45 minutes before the appointment and said they were ready, but I was not able to leave work that early. Arrived right on time....researched and solved the problem. Were in and out within 45 minutes. Very courteous gentlemen...will definitely use them again.

When I knew I needed a plumber I went to Angie's list because I have had NOTHING BUT SUCCESS from her List. After talking to Mike, I knew I was in good hands. Patient, kind and informative. After explaining what was wrong, he gave me a rough cost estimate and was right on. When they were running behind, Aaron called. Even though I was not present when the work was done my boyfriend said Aaron was "Awesome" and if we ever need a plumber we have one. Thanks Advantage!

The gentleman called me on his way here, like I requested, so the baby wouldn't get woken up by the doorbell. He was very friendly and explained to me what he was going to do and how. He worked quickly so I could get the most out of the hour special I had purchased. I only had to pay extra for a couple copper pieces that were needed to extend the water line. It was a great experience and great prices! We will definitely call them again if we need anything in the future!

I found this company on Angie's list. All of the A ratings proved to be true. These guys are excellent solution providers who are more concerned about excellent service and reputation than selling you something, I would highly recommend them to anyone,

Spoke to Mike on the phone and explained the problem. Gave me an estimate on the phone...unlike Aksarben Plumbing, where they won't tell you any estimates even if you know what needs replaced. Aksarben prefers to send a technician out, which will cost you $39 just for him showing up. TJ arrived during the time frame Mike said he would...replaced the thermocouple and cleaned the water heater in about an hour...and did it for less than half of what Aksarben quoted me. I would highly recommend Advantage Plumbing to anyone, and should I need pluming work in the future they will be my first call! Thanks Mike!

The service was excellent. The gentleman who came out was very friendly and efficient. The price was very reasonable and they even came out the same day that I purchased the deal.

Replaced 2 Moen stems (client provided), replaced 2 shut offs, replaced 1 supply line, adjusted toilet bowl position (made it square in the room), & checked the water pressure.

Everything went very well. The plumber arrived on time, provided me options on how to accommodate my needs, and finished the work sooner than expected and at a slightly lower price. The work involved cutting dry wall, moving the waste and water lines, and replaced the hot and cold shut off valves.

Very professional and competent. Appreciated the responsiveness too!
