RUN don’t walk! This business is run by the most unprofessional, rude and threatening man. We had a roofing claim on our rental property last fall. We had Precision give us 2 estimates to re-coat the roof and for a rubberized roof. The person doing the quote said they don’t like to do the coating because it doesn’t hold up as well and his company doesn’t want to do it only the rubberized. The rubber was over $7K and coat was $1300. I told the adjuster that they wouldn’t coat it as stated by estimator in an effort to have them pay for the rubberized. The adjuster called the owner at Precision and he told him they will still do the coating. I called him after the adjuster questioned me and he said they don’t like to but they will do it.now because they said hey would. I set up to be first on the list to have the roof done in the spring and said he would honor the estimate.
Fast forward to now. They came out and were checking measures on the roof. I call (the owner) and ask him to add the shingles on the shed to the estimate so we can have those done also. He informs me he won’t do the coating only the rubber. I reminded him of the conversation in the fall and what he told our adjuster and he says he never said that. I told him I had quotes and the adjuster had talked to him. He started going off about how the quote was given to our tenant and doesn’t have our name on it (it’s our address) and he never said he would do it. I said I understood that it wasn’t the best option but since he told the adjuster he still did them so we didn’t argue for the rubber. He kept yelling at me “What do you want me to do??” I said I was stunned and didn’t know what to say because I was not expecting this. He started saying those roofs are Sh*& and not going to last but 3 years. I said I understand but in the fall you agreed to do it. Then he is yelling at me “I will call the adjuster myself because I didn’t say that.” I said please do he will tell you and they have the estimates. Then he says “I will see you through this to the end and then do me F*&%*# favor and LOSE my number, F&*%!!” I said there was no need to talk to me the way he was and yelling and using foul language and that I was very surprised at how unprofessional he was being. He continued to go off on me and cuss at me. It was the most surreal experience. You call to book a job they said they would do and they scream obscenities at you and then to top it off in the middle of his rant he hung up on me. Obviously I would not let him touch my property, imagine what would happen if I had an issue with the work if an estimate resulted in this display of disrespect!
This man should not be in business and after reading the other reviews on Angie’s list and google this seems to be common practice for this company. Do your research and save yourself the headache and hire someone else.

Cons: Charged to nearest hour which was 30 min. to long.
