Description of Work: I would highly recommend Safe Clean. They did a great job helping us with our carpet cleaning. Our 3 year old clogged the toilet and created a HUGE mess but they were able to get everything taken care of in a few days. SUPER thankful! Great company!

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets, rugs, pet stains, one mild sofa stain. Everything was saturatingly soaking wet at the end of cleaning. Had to obtain fans and air dry everything all through the house all through the night! We were not able to sleep in bedrooms that night.

Description of Work: The person who answered the phone quoted a price and then raised the price when I called to confirm the appointment. And, the person tried to back out of the appointment because it was a small job and it sounded as if they weren't interested because they had become much busier than they were when we first make the appointment. The service provider was also late and was courteous.

Description of Work: Cleaned entire townhouse carpeting. Left some stains where there were no stains. Had to go over with my own carpet cleaner to extract the brownish stains left by the cleaning machine. Overall, it was an okay cleaning. Would probably use someone else.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. They did a great job and I have very happy with them. I have only used them one time. The one thing I didn't like was it would have been nice if they removed all the furniture, but I understand sometimes you can't do that plus if they damage anything, then they end up being responsible. That was about the only thing I didn't like, the fact that they were quick. The carpet dried really fast. They are the only non-toxic stuff in the area for their cleaning because we have two dogs. They will come right in and no problem with the dog. They spent the time and got a lot of stains out. We are in a rental place and they had a cat that they lost.
