I have had no problems with them whatsoever. I have nothing but high praise for O'Brien. They have done everything they have said they will do and most of the time they go above and beyond. I would recommend them to anybody. I give them an A-plus overall.

Called for repairs, they said they had to contact the owner of the house, I asked when I would know if they could come out and the operator was short with me (rude) so I decided to go with a different provider.

The entire process, from removal to installation was perfect. Training of internet thermostat was included. Inspection passed - no exceptions.

It doesn't get any better than this!! From my initial contact all the way through to the final walk through, O'Briens was professional, extremely friendly, and most importantly- qualified in their knowledge of heating and air systems. David Grierson went above and beyond that of an average sales rep. He walked me through every step of the process, and was always available if there were any questions. He personally works with the installers, county inspectors and manufactures so there is no guess work left up to you. The company is acommadating of your time- they show on time, do a walk through prior to install date in order to make sure they have everything they need so there are no surprises or delays when they do come to install your system. The team works efficiently yet carefully when they removed the old system and put in a new one. They keep the area clean and leave it in just as good (if not better) of shape as they found it. O'Briens not only sets up the inspectors for you during a day that works for you, they give you a time within a 2 hour Window. I have hired dozens of service companies over the last few years, updating an older house. OBriens is top of the list, it doesn't get any better than a company like this.

Due to the cramped nature of the work space in the attic, it was not an easy job to perform. The technicians & supervisor put a lot of pre-thought/planning into doing the work most efficiently. They did a great job!

Easy from the beginning. All personnel were neat and professional. The pre-install was educational and informative. No other contractor explained the work process in such detail.

The entire staff was on time. Everything was explained in detail and options given. I received several estimates and this one was in the middle, but they took care of everything- permits, rebates, electrical, trash removal, very clean.

This has to be the most professional service company I have ever done business with. Start with Mike Russell the sales rep. Out of the 5 company's I accepted bids from, Mike was the only one who completed a room to room loads analysts. He also presented me with some options for superior equipment at a higher seer value that anyone else. The funny thing thing is that their package with much better equipment as well as higher quality material for the duct work was no more expensive that the others. The other 4 companies, just looked at what I had and bid the same type of equipment ( size and seer) that was already 10 years old. These companies were not even close to the quality of Obrien. The real supprise came with the service techs. To a man they all were well trained, knew their job, went the extra mile to keep us informed and happy. We had two crews, one for the main system, and one for the mini split. To a man they were professional, skilled at their job, courteous, and always on time. We could not be happier with our experience. This was a major undertaking for us, and Obrien just made every step in the process positive.

O'Brien Service Co was on time, very professional, clean, knowledgeable and reasonably priced.

Everything went well from start to finish they came right away, diagnosed right away came 2days later with part and I signed a yearly maintenance contract. Called a couple of weeks later and they came right away . Very nice and capable servicemen.
