Luis and his team did a great job and helping us paint and fix up our deck. We did have to ask Luis to intervene with some of his workers on an important aspect of the job to make sure it was completed, which he did, and he made sure himself that the project was completed per agreement. I recommend him warmly, he will get the job done.

Luis is phenomenal. He and his team took on a problematic build that had been made a nightmare by a previous disreputable contractor. LMJ had to correct and deal with numerous errors, but did so with complete competence and a positive attitude. I can't imagine ever hiring anyone else for future construction projects. After several bad experiences with builders following Hurricane Florence, we're thrilled to have found LMJ.

He gets back to you quickly, gives you a reasonable quote, supervises the job, and is a fantastic communicator. Cannot recommend enough. I run an Airbnb and had a roof leak. He came on Sunday, the day I called and had it fixed early Monday morning. They did a fantastic job and now Iâ  m confident I will not have any leaks. He will be my go to person for all future jobs.

I purchased a 12 X 16 Gazebo from Samâ s Club and was looking for someone to assemble and install. Via Home Advisor, Mr. Luis M. Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. I would highly recommend LMJ Construction LLC for your project. The team arrived timely (8:00 a.m.) on Saturday morning, March 26 (a crew of three) and did an outstanding job assembling the gazebo. After assembling he also cleaned up the work area and stacked the cardboard boxes. I was also satisfied with the sealing of the concrete. My overall experience was outstanding. Luis came out on Sunday and gave me an estimate and started work 24 hours later. In 2 hours installed railings for my front porch stairs. Absolutely perfect. Recommend LMJ. Thank you Luis and your crews. Bob Foster
