The representative was very helpful and brought additional items to my attention that assisted me with my decision. The work was performed within 48 hours of our decision to proceed with this firm. The team that showed up was extremely professional and courteous. They performed the work in a reasonable amount of time and were very unobtrusive. Before they left, they checked in with me and provided me feedback on what they did and any other information I needed to know. After they left, my wife and I walked around the house and we were pleased to see that there was absolutely no evidence of debris or work material whatsoever. I highly recommend this company for any gutter needs.

Michael quoted the job on July 31, and paid attention to a few special requests. On installation day, Michael, Nick, John, and BJ arrived on time. These guys are amazing! My few special requests were implemented (nothing outlandish), and the gutters look great! The downspouts from the upper to lower roof were installed very aesthetically. The plant life around the house was respected. Each one of these men would converse with me as they performed their job. Each man would attend to his role; when it was time to mount a gutter, they all got together and worked as a team. Their experience really shone, they were pleasant, and the job was completed by noon. It has rained a few times since installation; no longer do I have ?Niagara Falls? over my entrances. This is my first selection of a contractor based solely on Angie?s List information. By far this is the best company to ever work on my home. If you need gutters, call D&J!

D and J did an amazing job installing the gutters at my house. From my initial call for an estimate until the job was complete they were prompt and professional. I called Monday morning for an estimate and Mike was there that very afternoon. After deciding to allow D and J to do the work (6" gutters and downspouts around the house with leaf guards on the back gutters) the team was out Thursday morning at 9a completing the job by Noon. The team was great and very clean, leaving the yard and my deck cleaner thanks was before they started blowing off my deck and driveway!! I highly recommend these guys.

Mr. King provided excellent service. He was able to have his team install gutters on our house the very next day of giving us a quote. His crew was courteous and did their utmost to match the gutter color to the trim of the house. The installation went smoothly, quickly and professionally.

I got an estimate from another company and they did come out and give me the estimate but the person that I talked to said they didn't really like doing small jobs. I'm not doing the gutters all around my house; I'm just doing sections of the gutter as I can't afford to do that. The work they did turned out really good. I had some questions and concerns and he was on it immediately.

. Johnny was there to examine the job when done and we reviewed all of the work together. His crew was fast and efficient and cleaned up my yard and driveway when done. With new downspouts and guards on my gutters I feel confident that I have no water problems around my house as it was done right, after two other contractors did very poor work. Johnny returned my initial call promptly, and came out the same day to assess my situation. He took the time to show me the problems with my gutters and downspouts, and was able to provide a quote on the spot. My new gutters were installed within a week, the workers were polite and professional, and my yard/landscaping was in perfect condition when they were done. Johnny also made sure to take pictures of rotted fascia boards, so that I could see for myself that they needed to be replaced. I was very pleased with the work and would highly recommend him!

Mr. King responded promptly to our request for an estimate. He pointed out any problems and advised how they would be remedied. He also made certain we were aware that he was fully insured. The workers came today and did the entire job in about 3 hours time. They were neat and tidy, quiet, and professional. I called from the recommendations via angies list and he came out the very next day and provided me with a price. He stated that they would install it on Saturtday. He called me on Friday asking if they could come on Friday because there was supposed to a big rain storm on Saturday. WOW.. who really calls and tires to get to you before the big storm but they did and install was great. Would always recommend them. Great work!

Very professional and finished job in a timely manner. The workmanship and product are of a high quality. In addition, there was no debris left in the yard when the job was completed. I have dogs and cats and that is always a concern when hiring someone to do work at my home. Thanks!

Johnny came out to discuss options and was a pleasure to work with. He provided options and even talked me out of a more expensive redesign I was thinking about. His crew came out the next day and completed the work quickly. I'm very happy with the results and plan to bring D&J back out for next year's gutter cleaning.

I sent a message to D&J through Angie's List on a Saturday requesting a quote. Mr. King (owner) came by on Sunday since he was in the neighborhood. He was very thorough, asked what we were looking for and then advised what he would recommend. He also said they had a grey to match our trim perfectly. Had documentation of his insurance and guaranteed the work would be done by his crew, not a contracted crew. He gave us a written quote showing the total, plus 10% Angie's List discount. We had 2 other companies come out but neither compared. I called the office number the next Sunday night to leave a message that we wanted to move forward, Mr. King called back almost immediately to say they could come out the next day as they had a cancellation. When I came home the next evening, the gutters looked amazing! The color was a perfect match! Thanks to Mr. King, our process was quick and painless; and we are very happy customers!

I was selling my house, the buyers wanted the front gutter replaced. I called Johnny, they went by gave me an estimate, did the work and invoiced me. I did not have to be there for any of it. The work was well done (it was pretty straight forward job) in two days. It was painless and relatively inexpensive.

Excellent experience. He had been recommended by our contractor and placed some gutters in one area of our house a few years ago. This time, a rental house that we own had backed up downspouts that were rotting out the fascia boards and causing excessive moisture in the interior of the house. I had relied on a landscaper to blow and inspect the roof several times per year. Mr. King placed leaf guards on the rental property (see above for additional items that were repaired). My advice to other homeowners is pay for a cleaning by a professional gutter company rather than rely on an inexpensive blowing. Mr. King states that when they clean gutters, they flush the downspouts and make sure they see water running out! Mine were completely clogged up!! However, with the new leaf guards, my roof will no longer require as much maintenance. It took him almost 24 hrs to return my call but was perfectly prompt in giving an estimate and quick and prompt in doing the job. For the amount of work that was required and the cost of the materials, I think the job was a bargain. Because of the amount of water damage, the final cost was more than the original estimate. I wasn't on site when the repair work was done but he documented the conditions very well via photographs.

When I spoke with someone I asked about how the slopping was done. The response was something to the effect that they?re experience that they just eyeball it. He didn?t use those exact words but that?s what came across. After the installation one gutter overflowed very badly. Looking at it from the street I could see there was a dip in the middle where it was overflowing. The gutter that was replaced on that side of the house pretty much did the same thing. I think there?s something about the Fascia that threw off the people who installed the gutters when the house was built and that D&J fell into the same trap. Thing is, I think this should be done more scientifically using tools to make sure the gutters are strait and slopping at the proper rate because your eyes can fool you when things are not straight. When I sent a picture of the waterfall outside my bedroom window they responded immediately and came out and made adjustments. After that the gutter worked fine. The verdict is still out on the gutter on the other side. It?s overflowed a bit and looking at it from the road which above the house there did not appear to be a significant amount of pine straw on the roof or in the gutters. I?ll I have to catch it when there?s a heavy rain and I?ve recently had the gutters cleaned to know for sure. I?m not sure how important this is but the gutters do not seem to be consistently parallel to the ground from edge to edge. This is determined by small angle brackets attached to the angled fascia. If the fascia is not straight, the individual brackets need to be cut to accommodate to keep the gutter level.

D&J did an excellent job. They were quick to come out and provide an estimate and willingly came back to discuss the estimate in greater detail and answer our questions. Their knowledge is quickly evident and they have an 'eye' to see the root cause of issues that are not evident to the homeowner. I greatly appreciate that they did not try to oversell as some other companies did and recommended solutions that would fit with the existing gutters.
