Description of Work: Robert was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He confirmed our appointment and arrived right on time. He took the time to find out what installation would work for me. He did a great job and is an excellent person all round. Tammi was excellent at transmitting information. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

Description of Work: Aside from being a bit late - and aside from not reaching out to me after I purchased the Angies-list Deal - everything went great. Robert was very good, very professional and relatively quick given the complexity of the job. Next time I need help with my home theatre, he is the person I'm going to call.

Description of Work: Mount a flat screen over the mantel.

Description of Work: Hid TV power and cables behind wall. Installed wall mounts for cable boxes. Performed performance tests for wireless system. Installed new wireless router.

Description of Work: Installed tv above fireplace. Connected DVD and Cable Box downstairs then reconnected another DVD and Roku to other tv upstairs plus connected a new router. Also, we purchased a universal remote from A1. Excellent installation along with explanations on how to use all equipment. Even helped us set up Pandora. I think he spent a least 3 hours at our home. When he left, he took all boxes - so no mess. Would highly recommend this installer.

Description of Work: We had a complete home theatre installation in our combined living and kitchen area with new audio components, speakers, and tv mount. He also helped me with home networking. Robert from A1 Installer is a pleasure to work with. He is the kind of guy you feel good about giving business to! His level of service and professionalism is outstanding. He spent plenty of time going over my needs and expectations, and was very detail-oriented throughout the estimate process. And during the installation, he performed exactly what was planned and did it on time, plus he recommended some additional little details that I ended up asking him to do "on the fly" which was great - he connected my external hard drive to the new wifi he had just installed and hooked up my printer to the network so I could backup my computer and print wirelessly. This was not part of the original estimate and only took a few minutes but it was a wonderful added touch. He took the time after the installation to teach me how to use the home theater, plus some tips for using multiple computers and devices on the wireless home network. He is a wiz at technology! I will certainly use him again if I decide to add audio to any of the other rooms in our house. HIGHLY recommend.

Description of Work: He came to the house and did a great job! I would use again. I had the base work completed via an Angie's List Big Deal. It was to hang and wire a TV over the fireplace. The work looks great. The add-ons included programming the remote and wiring a sound bar. My only complaint was that I was unable to get the pricing of the required cables in advance in case I wanted to provide them myself. | |I cannot wait to have him out to do more work! Do not hesitate to use them.

Description of Work: A1 Installers was punctual, professional, friendly and helpful. Television was mounted in a corner with a full-motion mount along with hiding wires and mounting surround speakers. The installer took the time to set up the system properly for full theater-like sound. Highly recommended!
