It was the worst experience as a consumer ever, it is a nightmare that never ended. We agreed on a price and signed a contract. Halfway through the job he said he ran out of material and that he needed more money. He was late in finishing the job. After paying him in full, I could not walk on it for 2 days because it was dry. Once it did dry, there were spots that were 4x4 feet where you could just pull up handfuls of flakes. I called him to fix it and he said, no, he was done with the job. The who floor is stained yellow and needs to be redone. I tried to take him to small claims court, but he has no business address to be found. The business address he had given me on his website is false, so he is unable to be served.
