They are usually really pretty good. We have kind of a long lot and they can park at the front of the yard and take the hose all the way to the back, so they don't end up leaving huge divots in the ground. They leave a ticket on the door and nail a bill so that they make sure that you get the bill. Lately, they've been calling and asking me to go out and check the level so that they don't have to come out. I can just step out, check the level, report back to them and then they can make a decision whether they should come out and keep it at the right level of gas. Finally, they also have done a very generous thing by saying, okay, your level is getting close to where you should put some more in. We can come out and fill it or we can give you a little bit to get you up to where we think you should be or you can just wait a little while because the price is really high right now. That was very generous of them to give me that option rather than just automatically coming out and deciding that they wanted to fill it.
