Description of Work: The technician did a thorough job looking at my AC unit and making sure everything was perfect. He found a small part that needed replacing which I knew nothing about. I was very impressed with the thoroughness, professionalism, courtesy, and advice he gave me about keeping things going well. I definitely will recommend Gentry to my friends!

Description of Work: I had purchased an a/c tune-up deal through Angie's List. Because my air conditioning unit outside fan was not working, the deal went towards resetting the switch to turn the fan on again. I did get a verbal review of how my system looked and that it would probably be a good idea to get a tune-up for the fall season.

Description of Work: The heat pump was not cooling so I looked on Angies List for a high rated HVAC contractor and called Gentry. It took two visits to get the broken fan replaced. One visit found the problem was a defective fan. But since the fan had to be ordered it took another visit to install it and get the unit running again. Both visits were on time and and the repair was completed quickly. The heat pump has been working fine ever since.

Description of Work: Serviced the AC unit and cleaned the inside unit. I had a service contract several years ago but the company never administered a cleaning that I observed Gentry provide. I elected to replace some of the components in hopes of extending the life of the 14 yr old unit for a while--my choice no guarantee provided. Jeff was very professional and provided me with options. I will use Gentry again!
