Description of Work: I originally had them out to give me a quote on my upstairs HVAC unit. Then the downstairs went out and they did another quote for both. After thinking about the cost, I had them come out again to do a geothermal quote for both upstairs and downstairs which is what I eventually installed. Everyone that I dealt with (and I interacted with multiple service techs and sales people) were fantastic. They were professional, patient, fair, and always cleaned up before they left for the day. I have been extremely pleased with my entire experience and would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again in the future.

Description of Work: I called in the morning to report that my furnace was not working. The technician lives close by and was dispatched directly, arriving about 30 minutes later. He diagnosed the problem. He had a replacement part on his truck and installed it. This was not my first time using Gentry and I have been well satisfied with the work they have done every time.
