Description of Work: I didn't watch as I was working, but I didn't get an itemize list of what was performed. Just he checked everything and all is good. But I forgot what he checked and it would be nice to see a checklist of services completed or done. Didn't think about it at the time. After thought.

Description of Work: They came out as promised and found a minor problem in the furnace. Unfortunately they also found a serious deficiency that required us to consider a new furnace. The whole discussion was thorough and professional and I had no reservations about contracting them to install the new unit.

Description of Work: Furnace Tune Up

Description of Work: They diagnosed that we would need a new central AC/heat pump unit due to a leak.

Description of Work: We pay for a 1-year service contract, which includes 2 maintenance service checks: A/C in the Spring & Heating system in the Fall. They're always professional, prompt, knowledgable, efficient, pleasant. No complaints at all. We're very pleased with Gentry.

Description of Work: The service man was here on the day promised. He was pleasant and identified himself and his company. He quickly diagnosed the problem (the thermostat setting was incorrect) and he easily corrected it. He also discovered another more serious problem that affected the heat function. A switch in the heating unit was not working correctly and had to be replaced. He had a replacement switch in his truck, installed it, rechecked the unit operation, and was finished in a couple of hours. I thought the price of the part and labor was fair. I certainly would hire them again in the future.

Description of Work: Cleaned and checked two furnaces, replaced run capacitor on one unit (replaced it without telling us first it was being done or what it was going to cost...)
