He attempted twice to email his recommendation and a proposal without success. As a result we have not resolved our flow issue.

They did a good and thorough job. They were easy to schedule with. The new furnace has worked very well with no problems even during the coldest part of winter.

The inspection was professional, on time, and exactly as described. I didn't need any further repair service, though when I called with a question a few days after the inspection, everyone was friendly and very responsive. I will call them in the future if I need any heating or AC work.

Our house is only 18 months old, so no issues were discovered. The gentlemen were professional and courteous, we would definitely use them again.

I was so pleased with Scott and his thoroughness that I signed up for a yearly contract. I had Scott also place a CO alarm in my bedroom. My contract will include checking the air conditioner in late spring

They were very good. He was very polite, on time, and he seemed very honest. The worked turned out good, it is working so far. I paid an additional amount for the part.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out fine. He was on time, tuned stuff up and it looks like it is good. I have no complaints at all. He came to do the service shortly after I purchased the deal.

It wasn't great because the day after the service was provided, stuff started breaking on our furnace. We even noticed there was a gas leak because we smelled gas, so then they sent someone else out and he was awesome. He found leak and fixed the problem. He was great and really made up for the other guy who wasn't impressive.

Prompt and professional, no high pressure sales

They were very thorough, cleaned and checked all the settings. I was very impressed. They made suggestions regarding the air return and gave the furnace a long-life prognosis. I would definitely call Gentry Heating for any heating needs in the future.

Okay, but the price was more than expected - reasonable, but unexpected, and we won't know if it worked until several months have passed.

They called through with what they were going to do. The guy who came out helped us make sure we were using the thermostat efficiently. They were very professional. They do the work efficiently at reasonable cost. They are worth the money.

Scheduling with Gentry was easy, and based on experiences with other such services, I fought they did a good job and that the price was reasonable (it includes a return visit in the late spring).

I was impressed with the professionalism and the efforts of each person I dealt with. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction, service was prompt and complete. Took time to explain new programmable thermostat to me. Encouraged to call their 24 hour emergency number if any problems. The total efforts on just the installation and clean-up afterward was reassuring this IS a quality company. I'm very satisfied with every part of this experience and will be using them for additional needs in the future.

Service technician was prompt and professional. He seemed to be very thorough in carrying out annual maintenance on my furnace.

The tech was running late but we were going out of town the next day so he still arrived at 9pm per our request. He had a positive attitude and answered all my questions as I sat with him the entire time. Gave an accurate account and demonstrated where I had two issues. Offered more services but not pushy.

It's fine. I was very happy with it. I was very pleased. I can't think of anything that I was not pleased about.

They were prompt, clean and professional. They answered all of my questions and did an excellent job. I also appreciated being able to purchase 2 deals to check the heating unit as well as the air conditioner.

I did the simple repairs and saved a lot. The they had to replace a control panel on the second furnace which had gone bad. They actually did it early and it solved my problem. All the time the repairman explained what he was doing and investigated every issue to my satisfaction. Both furnaces have worked perfectly ever since. I appreciated the professionalism and willingness to spend the time to get it right the first time. I would definitely use them again.

The arrived on time and worked quickly to install the new unit. A separate person came the next day to start up the unit. They cleaned up any mess and the installation inspected by the town. The interface panel was brand new and the technician said it was the first he had installed. I was surprised that he could not explain the programming to me, but after reading the manual (not well written by Carrier) I finally figured it out. We are very pleased with the functioning of the unit and energy efficiency. It is impressive technology since it was producing heat to keep our house at 70 F during the recent cold spell (1 F plus strong wind). The Carrier model was the Greenspeed model. Except for the after sale customer service I would rate them an excellent company to work with. I contacted them due to the large number of "A" reports on Angie's list.

More than delighted with the service, friendliness, and professionalism of the technician, Scott Miller. Cannot imagine a better experience and would recommend to anyone. A more agreeable and helpful person could not be found, and Gentry is fortunate to have him. Scott made such a positive impression that Gentry's affiliation with Angie's List has paid out --- i.e. have signed (with absolutely no, none, zero, zip sales pressure) a three years' contract for upkeep. Given the present experience, cannot imagine how such agreement can let us down. Already looking forward to summer's service call!

It turned out good. They were fair and did a good job. They were through. I would use them again.
