I wanted to have my system checked out for the first time since moving into the house and decided it was time now that spring has hit. First off, they arrived on time and immediately went over what was going to be done. My backflow turned out to be busted since the previous homeowner left the system charged but it was quickly replaced at a reasonable price. Then we went over all of the zones, programmed and tested. It was great to see everything up and running and the few minor things like heads being replaced or adjusted made the rest of the service call a breeze. One minor thing was that there was a line that had been pinched by a landscaping spike in the ground. Will be calling them again to winterize/replace any heads or rotors. Setting up the service was easy and pain free. These guys really know their stuff and are very professional. Would highly recommend them!

This company is awesome from the first call into the office to job completion, you can’t beat this team of professionals. They treat your house as if it was theirs. I strongly recommend them over anybody on here. Trust me, I’m am not a very trusting individual due to the bad companies out there that have taken me a couple times. But this company impressed me and they stayed true to their word. You can’t ask for anything better than that.

Great people; great service

I hired them to fix a leak in my sprinkler system at the control box. On the first trip out, the technician missed the leak, instead saying the water was coming from having a valve in the wrong position. He adjusted the valve position and said the area would drain in a couple of days. It was raining heavily that week, so I thought nothing of it when the area did not drain for 7 days. On the 7th day (after two days of no rain) I inspected the area again and determined that the area was still over saturated beyond what the rain water could have done. After calling them out again, the technician discovered the leak I suspected the week prior. He fixed the leak at no additional cost. I appreciate them eventually finding the leak, but a week of dripping at .7 gal/minute (I have a digital meter) was expensive.

I rarely ever write reviews, but wanted to let people know about GNC and warn them. I was a loyal customer for over two years but had to fire GNC for failure to diagnose the problem with my sprinkler system. He kept blaming to tenant stating it was operator error. I had a well repairman come out last year and paid him over $500.00 to repair the lever on the packer which failed to fix the problem. After Malcolm came out to activate the sprinkler he called me and said I was all set, then the tenant called me the next day and stated the pump was cycling every 20-25 minutes. I spoke with Alessandro (a very arrogant person) and stated I wanted to get this problem fixed once and for all and he set up an appointment for me, him, the well repair guy and Malcolm. Only Malcolm only showed up. At the appointment Malcolm fired up the system and it immediately started losing pressure and insisted that it was the well once again. After having the well repairman come out for a second time, he found a hairline crack in the pipe coming off of the pump that should have been clearly found by Malcom. The tenant told Malcolm he thought that there was a leak in one of the pipes but failed to listen to him. Summary - It took two years for the problem to get fixed no thanks to GMC and spent over $1000. Alessandro is arrogant and thinks he knows it all -- obviously he doesn't know much about attention to detail. Safe your money and time and go elsewhere since they would listen to the customer. Would give them a zero if I could.

They contacted me not even twenty minutes after the request for service was submitted. I spoke to one of owners in detail about what I needed. He scheduled me the same day. The co-owner came out for the service call. He replacement my back flow preventer, which I threw away and activated my system . He explained some things that needed to be replaced as time goes on. It was a great service visit. They are definitely my sprinkler guys from now on.

Malcolm and his crew did a great job. It took some time to get the sod because of the weather, but he kept me informed of the timeline with updated texts.

I moved from another State and was completely unfamiliar with sprinkler systems. Malcolm came over, explained the system and checked it out completely. He replaced some sprinkler heads and replaced a couple of solenoids for zones that were not working. He's very user friendly and I was very satisfied both with the service and the cost. I will use him from now on for winterizing and any other sprinkler service needs.

Malcomb arrived at scheduled time and did thorough troubleshooting. Quickly found two issues and provided options for repair. After completing repair, thoroughly tested the entire system and programmed the control for Spring operation. Very satisfied.
