GNC Pumps and Irrigation was knowledgeable, skilled, trained, experienced, qualified in diagnosing and repairing my sprinkler. Not only did Malcolm do quality work and finish project on time, but he elicited any questions or concerns that I might have. It was evident that he strives to please and satisfy his clients.

Professional and Extremely Knowledgeable! He looked over my system and explain the problem and what needed to be done before doing any work. He did not upsell me on the project but cheaply repaired the pump. I'm halfway across the world and he could have told me anything, but he was honest and fair. I can't ask for anything more.

I only have sprinklers in my front yard but after speaking to Malcolm and his great personality I was inquiring about him installing system in my back yard. That is the type of CUSTOMER SERVICE you want when someone comes to your house. I forgot he was there to fix the sprinklers and was looking around the around the house for other things for him to work on. He will be my yearly call for my system each year and any other time I have issue with my system. SUPERB SERVICE.

The technician was very friendly and showed me how to operate my system, and where my zones were. Then repaired the broken parts and set it up for the upcoming construction project. He answered all of my questions. This is my first sprinkler system and now I understand how to operate the system.

I knew very little about my lawn irrigation system, I only knew that there was a problem that needed fixing. Malcolm came out next-day and surveyed my system, fixed some problems, gave me a tutorial on how to work the controls, and optimized the timing for my yard. Super friendly and terrific service. I will use GNC again.

Disappointed with "know all" attitude. Initially GNC did a good job with the spring start up of my irrigation system. Whenever I had an issue, Malcom was timely, courteous and professional. Cost was very reasonable, however, a few months ago after a heavy storm, I reported that the programming was off and needed to be adjusted. Alessandro stated that according to their notes (what notes-Malcolm wasn't taking notes...do they record conversations?) I had said to Malcom that the settings were fine. Yes, at that time they were. When I reported that they were not, Alessandro said that I had changed the settings, became belligerent and cancelled me as a client. On inspection by a professional company, I learned that when the power goes out, the system programming is erased and becomes erratic. Although I have a generator, it does not kick on in time to prevent cancellation of programming. GNC should have known this! ! In addition, the control box has a battery compartment. On inspection, there is no battery. Had there been one, the settings would have stayed put. I would not recommend.

I worked with Macolm on the sprinkler system for my yard. He did spectacular work, was on time, courteous and professional. I was amazed by how fast he replaced the sprinkler heads and fixed a broken section of pipe. Cost much less than I expected. Definitely will call them again when the need arises or for regular maintenance.

It started with setting up my appt. / service. Alessandro was professional and very detailed in what they would do and what additional costs there might be. Malcom showed up on time (something that seems to be rare today.) We went over my concerns and he also detailed what he would be doing. He replaced several heads, raised some heads and adjusted everything. I could not recommend GNC enough. Save yourself the time and go with these guys. You will not be sorry!
