The Technicians were very knowledgeable on the system and what to look for when troubleshooting. They found the problem fairly quickly and rectified the problem. Very friendly, and very respectable workers. Plan to hire them again for the extended work I will need on my system in the future.

The gentleman who came was very nice and I liked his customer service. However, it has been since February 15th and my system is STILL not fixed. I reached out several times and did not even hear a response. If it is because he does not want to come out because of COVID-19, just simply respond and state that. I am a very easy person to work with and will call if I have questions. However, it is really frustrating to not hear anything and have to go through another company. I do not recommend.

Came and started the job. Came back a second time to fix more sprinklers. When he left he said he needed to order more parts and would call. Never called or returned and refuses to answer calls. He is also very expensive. Charged $50 per sprinkler head. I would never recommend him to anyone.
