Chose GNC based on the reviews on Homeadvisor. Definitely not disappointed. Malcolm showed up the following day and was professional, courteous, and quick in his repairs. If I have any sprinkler problems in the future he will definitely be my first call.

Look no further you have found the best irrigation service in Hampton Roads. Malcolm was the consummate professional. He returned my initial call within 10 minutes of me placing a service request. Wow. Our sprinkler system hadn't been used or serviced for several years. Malcolm found the leaks, patched them, tested the system and then set up the timer. And at a price that was so reasonable I couldn't believe it. I enthusiastically recommend GNC to anyone in need of irrigation repair, installation or service.

In short, GNC (Malcomb) was outstanding. I originally requested a repair to my sprinkler system. Malcomb was able to come out to my residence and provide me w/ an estimate within 24 hours of my initial request for work. In addition to my original request, Malcomb made one to two other sound recommendations which I concurred with. He took the time to answer all my questions and explaned all my options to resolve my spinkler issues. He was able to complete the additional work within a few days as my work schedule permitted. Throughout the process Malcomb was professional, curteous, and fully meet my expectaions. I felt his service fees were very reasonable and he completed all work on time as scheduled to include all needed clean up after the job was completed. He is an expert within his field and I would highly recommend him.
