GNC (Malcolm Copeland) was outstanding in everyway. He installed our irrigation in a very timely manor. He and his men were always available to answer any and all questions. The layout of the systems works and covers the lawn perfectly when in operation. His pricing was competitive with the other prices I received and I feel like I got and excellent product and service for the money. Highly recommend !!!!!!

Best customer service around and offers the best value on quality work--while you may find cheaper installers, they will definitely be sacrificing quality if they beat Malcolm's all around value. From quality of work, to warranty and follown on customer service, to knowledge of the system, Malcolm provided the best estimate and service of the 12 estimates I requested.

A very nice young man came to work on my system. He phoned ahead to tell me he was running late due to storms, but he would be coming. Good to know since I had a deck guy coming the next day to build a deck right where one head was. He came, worked hard and quickly to fix all my problems!
