This has been one of the best experiences I have had in hiring did not finish job on 3rd of July and this gentleman came back on the 4th of July to complete the job which I consider to be above and beyond and was very much appreciated, I would very much like to say to mr. Paxton thank you very much. When the occasion arises in the future I would request this plumber for my future jobs.

Correctly installed the natural gas line on my standby generator. Arrived on time, qualified, efficient, courteous, used correct parts, work was neat, price fair and as agreed. No issues.

I was very disappointed with this company. 1st of all he arrived a little later than he said he would, but not more than 30 minutes late which was okay. We had agreed on $175 to install a new toilet and remove the old one on 2nd floor of my townhouse. He broke down the old toilet so that he could carry it more easily downstairs. He dragged the old toilet across my newly installed hardwood floors! We noticed after he left that he put a long scratch in the floor. He then did not completely turn off the water using the outside valve so water overflowed the bathroom and came through my ceiling for the next hour. My ceiling is now a mess. He installed a new valve, however, he did not reduce the price of the bill even though he left us with a mess. The cost was $200. I paid the bill because I just wanted him out of my house. He also took more than 2 hours to install 1 toilet which is ridiculous. I will never hire this company again and i'll make sure no one I know will either!
