+ -1 moreThey were really good. They immediately replied to my email inquiry and called me back to give me a quote. They were out to my house within two days. Once I gave them the go ahead, they promised to have the product within two weeks and they actually had it earlier than that. It was great.

Description of Work: Based upon my original experience, I asked James to fix a second story transom window. I priced the replacement window at a large hardware and home improvement store at $300, James fixed it for $200 and I did not have to do anything.
