Description of Work: I received an estimate only for whole house removal of existing Masonite derivative siding and replacement with vinyl or hardie plank (I chose hardie plank from another installer). The person who came out to look at the property and prepare the estimate was very knowledgeable and professional. My only complaint with him was he wanted answers to very detailed and minor aspects of the job before providing an estimate, which was around 18000.00. Some people may prefer this approach as they would know the details are being addressed. My preference was to find out the gross estimate first and then work down to details.
