They were very quick to respond BUT that was the only good part. The work that they did was very messy and unprofessional. Our laminate flooring was pulling up within 1 month and when we tried to call to let them know and they were all the sudden- no longer in business. They repaired the drywall and did spot painting instead of re-painting the whole wall so our wall has mis-matched paint now. To pay that much and to have your house not put back properly was just awful. We actually had a water leak again this morning and we immediately joined Angie's list so that we could avoid this happening to us again. When I saw their company name listed after my search I wanted to make sure we shared our story about our experience.
Description of Work: We had a pipe burst in the wall that was inbetween our hallway and the kitchen. We didn't notice the leakage at first and we had extensive water damage to all of our hardwoods, kitchen cabinets and lower half of our drywall.

I wasn't to impressed with these guys. The guy did come out and respond pretty fast but after that it got kinda slow. They did get the blowers and dehumidifier out. I was concerned with if everything was dried out enough. They left their equipment here. It took 2-3 weeks for them to come back. I called a couple of times and just could not get anybody to come out. Everybody was nice the biggest issue was just getting them to come back out.
