+ -1 moreThis was a very frustrating experieince. Very unprofessional! I lost time and money wasting my time on this guy. If you value your time and appreciate punctuality, reponsiveness, and responsibility, DO NOT CALL Strickland Pump/John Poole.
Description of Work: I initially had good success with john Poole of Strickland Pump when we came to repair my well. The trouble began when I then asked him if he could install a water softener, he evaluated my home, my needs, and was quick to agree to come back and do the work. We scheduled 2 days for the work to be done, for which I missed work, I made reminder calls, and he no showed for both. To this day I have never heard from him, desite multiple calls to his cell phone and office.
