Did everything as requested with professionalism and punctuality.

Came within a few hours of calling and was right on time. Completely fixed leaking sink and replaced portions of the pipes.

All went well in the beginning but as the work progressed one of their techs became more disgruntled. Did not like how small the crawl space was, did not like having to move the toilet and tried to reinstall it in the same location twice. The toilet had to be moved to be brought up to code so the city inspector failed them twice. They didn't properly secure the vent so it dropped several inches during removal of the sink and had to either remove kitchen cabinets or take out toilet again because water was leaking into crawl space where sink wasn't properly tied in. Eventually had to remove the cabinets from the kitchen and that led to an entire remodel of the kitchen. The work was finally finished when the owner of the company came out to hover over the workers and make sure they behaved professionally towards me and didn't leave until everything was finished. In all the inspector failed them 3 times before it was all said and done. I could go on and on.

They have been out a few times. They are an A+ provider to work with. The two plumbers I have worked with have been phenomenal. It's been a great experience.

I purchased a water heater refurbish via an Angie's List Big Deal from Streamline Plumbing & Electric, Inc. When the service provider arrived, he inspected the heater and told us that due to it's advanced age, he didn't recommend the service; that it would do more harm than good. So he's providing us with a quote to replace the water heater with a new heater. He did not preform the service that I paid for and suggested that we ask for a refund from you. Please credit the $189.00 that we paid for this service. Thank you

Great experience. Used all high quality materials, will not freeze in winter an if it does, guaranteed not to crack. Looks great. He sealed the siding where he had to cut into replace the broken piece, very sold, no more wiggly faucet. Cleaned up everything.

Installation was fine except that he was missing a part (outlet with switch) and said they would come back and install. That never happened. They are pricey but in general, very good despite this oversight. I have used them on other occasions with no problems.

Jerry was very professional and skilled in both plumbing and electricity. He helped us learn about the setup of our house and did great work for a very fair price. He even noticed that our water heater was about to fail while he was up checking on something else -- it ended up being covered by a home warranty so we're not able to use his company to repair it, but we might not have noticed until it was too late if he hadn't been there. All in all a great experience!

They called to offer me an earlier timeslot than originally scheduled, which I really appreciated. I had the 8-10a window and the technician showed up about 8:15a - awesome! I thought I had some issues with my wiring because my light bulbs kept burning out after a week or two, but the tech explained to me that I was turning the bulbs too tight, so basically it cost me $79 to have my light bulbs changed : ) I was so relieved that it wasn't something worse that I didn't mind!

He had a very rough time getting the dishwasher detached and far enough out to be able to access the kinked drain hose. New granite counters made for little wiggle room. He fixed the problem and spent a lot of time getting my dishwasher back in perfect position and reattaching the brackets. Very tight workspace. Great job!

Went great. They came in a did a temp line to help the yard dry up. They then came back a week later and gave us a permanent pipe. They did a great job with everything and did it for a great price. Only issue I had was with no filling the holes in properly.

They would come out when I called & used hair dryers to thaw it out, but that wasn't the problem. The problem was that I didn't have hot water & had to keep calling them out. They didn't charge me to come out but they should've thought about where they're installing the water heater during the installation. They put pink batting installation around the water heater but it didn't help. It was very frustating.

They did a really good job and were professional. They also explained everything to me. They showed up on time and there were no delays in scheduling.

I called on Wednesday and was able to get an appointment for first thing Thursday morning. Thursday morning Streamline called me prior to their arrival. Fred arrived in the 20minute window. He was friendly and courteous, and got right to fixing my problem.

He discovered upon arrival that there was no wiring anywhere near the range hood, so he had to run wiring down from the attic. I was very impressed with his professionalism and competency.

They did a good job and were very professional. I wish they didn't charge the $79 dispatch fee, I had them replace the extior lights to offset that charge thinking atleast the $79 fee and light replacement saved me from buying a $400 ladder for atleast 18 months until they need replacing again.

I was satisfied with the service and installation of the faucet. I found them to be professional and pleasant to work with.

Terrific service. Was able to schedule appt within 24 hours. They actually called me back and offered an earlier appointment that day due to a cancellation. I jumped on it. Technician "Billy" was very professional. Notes from my phone call setting up the service call were accurate. I was given the option of fixing a leaking valve or replacing the 12 yr old water heater. All my options were explained with pricing included without me having to ask for it. I choose to replace the whole unit. Billy made some phone calls and within 3 hours I had a new hot water heater installed. They were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The technicians wore covers for their feet but I was surprised that they actually put covers on the wheels of the dolly when they used it in my house. They cleaned up and were terrific the entire time. Will definitely call this company again for any plumbing or electrical help.

It went really well. They sent two technicians and they installed a new water heater in about two days. They came out the first day, but we decided it was more efficient to replace the water heater. They did apply the amount that I paid for the Big Deal to the water heater. They were clean, wore booties on their shoes and were respectful in my home. They did a really good job.

Professional, installation with no problems (up to months later), courteous. My only quite minor gripe is that the first appointment had to be cancelled (on a one day's notice) and had to be rescheduled after several days. Not great given the minor leak we had with the old faucet, but still. Would use them again!

We purchased the big deal coupon for this service and they did fine. We were happy with them. They did what they said they would do. They were pretty straightforward. There was an existing box, and so it was just a matter of assembling and hanging the fan. We had no issues. They showed up when they said they would and did the job. We had a good experience basically and there wasn’t anything negative. We don’t have anything to mark them down on. There was no issue at all and it was a very basic job. So there wasn’t any opportunity for them to be particularly good, but they certainly didn’t do anything bad. The quality was fine.
