 + -1 moreThe owner of the business came to my house, measured, and provided an estimate. He was courteous at that point. He was somewhat difficult to reach on the phone to confirm whether he was coming to provide the estimate, and after he came, he was very difficult to reach. Eventually I reached him via phone and we scheduled the job. After we "scheduled" the job, we never heard from him again. He did not show up on the day work was scheduled to begin, and despite over a dozen phone calls over the course of a week and multiple emails, we still have not heard from him. We were on a very tight schedule and this has put us off our entire remodeling schedule.
Description of Work: We had planned on having our entire house refinished, that is approximately 1300 square feet.
