Perfect, cleaned and inspected older gas log insert that had not been used by previous owner for few years. Home inspection done prior to buying residence, however, inspector advised not to use insert. Ken was in and out of the crawl space, had the fireplace operating within 35 minutes with no additional charge for anything.. We are enjoying our gas logs now that the weather is cooler. Very thorough cleaning and servicing. Logs have been operating properly since job completed. Only drawback was having to wait over a week before I could get an appointment.

It was excellent service. Ken Redmond is very professional. He arrived right on time and did a thorough inspection and cleaning of the fireplace. He gave me very clear instructions on how to light the pilot and maintain the fireplace properly. He's very pleasant and I highly recommend his service.

Everything went great. Kenneth answered my call and then returned call later in day to set appointment and schedule date to perform work. Arrived on time and completed work in less than an hour. Explained what he was doing and offer help and hints on maintenance. Cleaned up after. Was overall a great experience. Would definitely do in future.

Spent a good 1.5 to 2 hours getting everything tested, adjusted, cleaned up. Very good job. Was very prompt (actually earlier than the appointment) but that worked out ok.

Troubleshooting turned out to be easy fix with broken molex connector. No charge The cleaning was far more thorough than done by previous contractor two years ago (who charges $175 and is difficult to make appointment) Kenneth also took time to show features and settings of the fireplace, and instructions for care and cleaning.

Kenneth was very responsive. We called and scheduled an appointment. He spent 2 hours giving our gas fireplace the best cleanup / tuneup we have ever had. He found a couple of parts that were misbehaving and will be scheduling a follow up to replace them. I can't say enough good things about his work. Literally the very best fireplace guy we've ever had! We will continue to use him in the years to come. Great price. Knowledgeable. Fair. Excellent!

It went great. Kenneth showed up on time and was very polite. I told him that the fireplace was loud when the pilot light was on, once the logs were lit it was fine, but the sound was very annoying when they were off an it was just the pilot light. He explained what might be the problem and proceeded to do the inspection. He did a fantastic job, I can't even tell the pilot light is on anymore! Kenneth was very careful to protect the carpet and clean up after he was done. I also asked him about another issue I was having with the HVAC system and he took the time to take a look at it and give me some ideas to correct it. I have since hired him to correct that problem and will continue to consult him on any future issues with my gas fireplace and HVAC.

Great - Ken took care of it and it is now working great!! He also e-mailed me to let me know he was running a little late, which I appreciated.

The gentleman did a good job. They just charged that amount. The gentleman that came out was thoughtful, and considerate of the surroundings. He was very clean and took care of things.

Was working with a large HVAC company that could not get my repair done and was charging me money for follow up visits. Ultimately, their solution was to replace the entire system. I called Mr. Redmond upon recommendation from a coworker. He came out the first day and quickly diagnosed the problem. Came out today and fixed the issue - saved over $1,000. We called Ken for a second opinion after another provider tried to sell us a new unit. It turns out that the unit wasn't leaking coolant, but just had a bad valve. So instead of spending thousands of dollars on a new unit, Ken was able to replace one part and get it working. He came out the day that we contacted him and went out of his way to get the part so he could install it the next day.

He came exactly on time. was very personal. Told me everything he was doing. As a result, I asked him to check my heating system, et. al. I decided I would use him rather than present company for future HVAC needs.

He did exactly what the deal advertised and did a great job. No high pressure sales or add-ons. We had not used our fireplace in a long time and we were unable to get it to start. He cleaned it, got it to start, and stayed around for a bit for it to burn in and ensure it would restart. He also took the time to explain how the pilot light, the igniter, and generator works. I'd recommend him to others and would use him again.
