Description of Work: Able to schedule my visit sooner then another company I called - arrived on time. Very thorough. Cleaned gas log fireplace, tested it thoroughly. Di covered the cause of my problem - logs would turn off after a short time, and replaced faulty component at no extra charge. Very nice and easy to do business with!

Description of Work: I was completely satisfied. The service provider arrived on time, checked the gas log for gas leaks and CO emissions, cleaned and adjusted it, and cleaned up the area around the fireplace when he was done.

Description of Work: Wonderful experience! Took care of the problem, and was more thorough than I expected. No one, not even the gas company has ever been that thorough. He figured out the problem and fixed everything. Still waiting to hear from him about installing a blower.
