Description of Work: Cleaned and temporary fixed fireplace. Replaced a thermopile and did diagnostics. Discovered cost of repair(replacing a gas valve) to be too much cost to be worth a working fireplace for now. Gave me back cost of thermopile. Very honest to deal with.

Description of Work: We originally hired Redmond Heating and Air to clean and inspect our gas logs. We had not used the logs for over 10 years, so needed to replace the burner and remote. Kenneth did a great job, and we were really pleased with the finished product.

Description of Work: Kenneth came an serviced my gas fireplace. In addition to that he fixed this irritating whistling sound that made the fireplace impossible to use at all. He worked long passed the normal time in an effort to stop the noise. He was unbelievable and professional and so respectful of my home. He had on booties every time he came in to the house and he had tarps and the best little shop vac for clean up. He was not going to give up until he fixed that fireplace. I have been enjoying my fireplace every day since he fixed it. I will have Kenneth back next month to service my HVAC system.
