Description of Work: My gas logs have not been working properly. I hired this service in hopes that a pro could help me with the problem. No luck. He removed the "logs" (still sitting on my living room floor), vacuuming the fireplace, and checked for CO. All of this I could have done for myself. He told me that there was a problem with my system, and that waiting might give us more information. Still waiting. He tries hard, but doesn't appear to have a clue.

Description of Work: Mr. Redmond cleaned my fireplace well, tested it and checked for CO2. He also helped me with the pilot and the flue and gave me some ideas on modernizing the look of the fireplace front. He was wonderful and very knowledgeable.
