Kevin showed up on time and was very pleasant. He got straight to work and did exactly what he came to do. He checked everything out, showed me how to light the pilot light, explained how the fireplace worked and things I should look for. It was a great purchase and a great experience. I'll definitely use them in the future.

Ken Redmond was excellent. He was very personable and respectful. He cleaned out the fireplace and fixed items (blower)that I didn't even know were broken. He also showed me how to operate some things from my HVAC system that I had been unsure of operating properly.he went above and beyond what was expected. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Kenneth came to our home and performed a maintenance review of our gas fireplace. He cleaned the fireplace unit and the gas logs, reviewed all the working parts to make sure they were working correctly and safely, and even fixed the wall switch that controls our fireplace. He was very punctual on the scheduled date, very prompt in replying after I purchased his service, and very pleasant to work with while at our home. We even hired him to come back and service our gas pack and furnace for their winter maintenance which was performed today. We were very pleased with all of the services Kenneth provided on both of his visits.

I purchased a gas fireplace cleaning and inspection from the Big Deals. After purchasing the deal, I was contacted by the provider within 48 hours. The service was provided within a week of the purchase. Near the time of the appointment, the provider called to tell me he would be running about an hour late and explained that he was busy helping a previous customer with a more detailed problem than originally expected. When he arrived, he was courteous. He listened to my concerns regarding the smoke detector going off when we ran the gas fireplace a few times. He quickly went to work to clean all the dust from the fireplace and check all the safety features of the fireplace. One of his major concerns was safety of me and my family. To make sure that no sources of carbon monoxide were present in the house, he inspected the fireplace, water heater, and furnace. He took time to explain to me how the fireplace worked so I could troubleshoot small problems. He explained that the main gas valve is functional, but will probably need to be replaced in 2-5 years. I learned that the fireplace will work when the power is out so I have an alternative heating source. I was so pleased with his service, I gave him a tip afterward.

They did an excellent job. They were very affordable, courteous and polite. Very great work. I was very pleased.

My electric bill was very high before his visit. He replaced a few parts and did some general maintenance, and my bill was cut in half. He also did a lot of extra stuff for me, such as servicing my gas fireplace logs. He was very honest because I don't know much about heating and cooling, so he could have told me anything and I would have paid for it. Instead, he gave me great service and charged me less than $100. He even came out the same day I called him, and that was a Friday, so I was really impressed.
